I agree with the previous review - dodgy company, will not return items and then when they did reply insisted on it being posted to the UK - DO N OT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

I only give them one star because I have to tick something. They aren't even worth that. I have emailed and phoned. Both are bogus addresses. I have a product that does not work. They will not answer any messages for me to return the product and receive a refund.
They asked me to send a video of the fault. I did and that was the last time they talked to me.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

I brought a video doorbell and only received have the product...trying to contact they told me that is what a brought, a product that just sits on the wall and is useless, still have no reply to my last email....WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN

I complained at first when sent the wrong product but credit where credit’s due , they refunded me and let me keep the product sent by mistake…Good One Splendid Store…

I bought 3 Bluetooth motorcycle helmets, I received cheap Chinese non Australian approved helmets & a week later received cheap Chinese Bluetooth headsets to fit into the helmets.
The sizing was way out, I usually wear xl but the medium I bought my kids fitted me.
When I asked to exchange the 2 helmets that were too big I was told I could if I send them to their head office in the uk even though they call themselves Splendid Australia.
I spent over $500 on 3 helmets that are worth no more than $50 each

Terrible service prejudice my work a lot ! I bought the dr pen a nearly one month ago and so far haven’t received the product! I wish never ever bought from them! Plus I didn’t received the e email confirmation I had to contact them to check where was my product…… Very disappointed

I should have been sceptical. Ordered On shoes for 65 € instead of 140€ as a regular price. They never arrived.

I bought a product from this company that took a long time to arrive and many emails, I did receive emails back saying they are sorry and looking into it so didn’t worry.
When my product arrived it didn’t work I got in touch again sent a video and then was told that they would refund me I offered to return but they said not necessary.
The refund apparently has been approved with 3 to 5 business days to see in my account this was 26/08/2022 still have had no refund after sending more emails and trying to call them this is now 14/09/2022.
I am aged pensioner and trusted these people but I’m afraid they are not so very sad that Australia has come to this

Terrible customer service! They were quick to take my money, provide the product that did not fit the image reflected on their site, then when I tried to contact them for a return and refund, five days later and I still haven't heard from them! Fake telephone numbers! International and not in SA as their website claims - worst expereince ever! I'm convinced the splendidstore is a SCAM!

Do not deal with this store. Goods do not arrive. No customer service. Scam!!!

Scammers, product never arrived. Turns out they have multiple websites all pretending to be from different countries.

The worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Took more than 3 weeks to receive my back massager and it was poorly packaged (wrapped in plastic -not boxed). When I unwrapped the item, found that it has lots of scratches and as looked like it has been used before. I submitted a return request and it was approved, however was told that shipment is not covered. Item posted from China and they asked me to return to the UK which cost $55 . When I conveyed this to the support team they answered to apologise for not being able to help with this. I will now throw the massager in the bin for its poor quality. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They get their stock from CHINA not the UK

Don’t trust this store ordered an item a few months ago and have never received my order. I’ve made contact with them and they said they would resend the item… still haven’t received it. Have also asked for a full refund and you guessed it haven’t received that either. Total scam do not trust!!!!

Please don’t order from this company if you need it quickly. The order states you will receive in 10 to 15 days. My order already over 20. I thought product was being shipped from South Australia. It was shipped from China. If I was aware of this I wouldn’t have ordered from this company and gone to a store to buy my son the remote control car that I ordered

These are a Chinese drop shipping company. They do not hold products and they have no open lines of communication beyond email.

Purchased an item from them, cancelled within an hour but they still shipped the item out 5 days later. Tried emailing and got told they'd refund me but I have to ship the item to the UK (not cost effective at all for the item).

Avoid this site at all costs. They're a scam.

Absolutely focked up experience mate.
Firstly they pretending to be an Australian shop, then it appears to be that they are UK business then they sending parcel from China. To the wrong city in Australia where their courier pick it up and disappear.
Phone number on website are FAKE. Including both Australian and British.
Delivery timeframe are FAKE.
And I'm not even received a parcel yet but considering other reviews I can suggest that what is inside has nothing in common with what was in the description.
Indeed it makes more sense to order goods straight from AliExpress but I didn't because this Splendid Store promised fast delivery which was lies.

Highly recommend to all Aussie who was scammed by this dick's to report them on scamwatch.

Poor communication. Product never dispatched. Still waiting for refund. Phone lines never work as apparently their phone lines are down ..ha ha what a joke ..
