Terrible shipping and waste of time
The customer service did give me a refund after months of me waiting for a package that never arrived. I spent months wasting time emailing back and forth with no update from the department about the package after it not moving for over a month. I asked for a refund or to get my package delivered soon, so they said they would give me express delivery. That was obviously a lie, and I was told it was going to be sent in a few days after I spent over a month after my package got shipped back.
