Improved performance

After a less than stellar performance, The Splendid Store finally honoured their service commitment and provided a refund without me having to pay more than the value of the goods to return it. Credit where it is due, well done Splendid Store, you have started to redeem yourselves, keep focussing on your customer and you will do well

Scam website

Scam website! The phone number on their AU website is a fake one, never worked. Sent emails but always respond very slowly. You could wait for 3-7days for a reply. I bought a cat bed but it's not as described in their website so I requested refund. In nearly 2 weeks, it says it's approved for refund but I have to post it to UK from Australia and I have to pay the postage. Since the postage costs more than the product I purchased, there is no way I can return it. Now this bed sits there as a waste as my cats don't like the material which is not suitable for winter. How frustrating it is! Don't ever get anything from this website. It was originally posted from China to me but I was told to return to UK. What a scam!

Scam website

Scam website. Please don’t buy. Purchased a baby nest a month ago. Didn’t receive any confirmation email or shipment emails. After emailing the store customer service, they said they will look into it but didn’t get an email back until a week. After second email enquiry, was told that my parcel got lost and they have refunded me but I have still not got my money back. Worst experience.

Do not purchase from them

Do not purchase from them. Ordered a gift for my grandson that came in broken. They first said they would replace it, but then didn't and said that they would send a refund. Two months later not refund and no idea when or how I will get one.

Terrible

Terrible
I ordered an item on 03/05/2022. Promptly got an SMS of the order number and a Chinese website for tracking. All in Chinese.
I have tried multiple times to sip and fall them. The email reply says the email address does not exist.
Their ABN does not exist. This company should not be operating in Australia.

Haven't got anything after a month and asked for a refund, finally got it today!

Do NOT buy from them!!
The item I purchased was a Kids GPS Smart Watch. Dodgy company. Avoid all costs.

Purchased an item beleiving I was…

BAD EXPERIENCE TURNED OUT OK IN THE END
Purchased an item beleiving I was dealing with an Adelaide on line seller BUT I then found out after I ordered that it was acvtually Chinese, The hearing aids were rubbish, Even the low setting was so high that I could not use them. And the delivery was Slow it probably took around 2 weeks to get out of China. My advice is avoid the company However after sending a very strongly worded letter letting them know that I was going to report them to Consumer affairs they made a full refund.,and they did not ask for the item to be returned.

Ordered one bluetooth speaker but no email confirmation or tracking number. I tried to ring the number they given but they line is not going. I checked the ABN number look up
online showing different company name. It is a scam site stay away from this.

Terrible business

Terrible business - Avoid at all costs, Australian customer, bought from the Australian site. 7-10 day shipping quoted, item took 5 weeks and was drop shipped from China. Customer service refused to accept a return to Australia, only to the UK - $40 freight for a $40 item to be returned. Listed email address does not work, phone number does not answer. Read the terms and conditions - offer no warranty or guarantee on product quality, this is a terrible company, buy from someone reputable who actually likes having customers and providing a service.

Never received and can't contact support

purchased an item on 6 April 2022, never received it and can't get through to their customer service. Support returns a 'false' error!
Would have liked to pay with paypal but they don't offer this option only card payment, coincidence?

Not Happy Be Careful

At this stage I believe I have been scammed as the order I placed nearly a month ago has not arrived and the phone contact number is no good. Be very careful dealing with this company. If they bother to read this I hope they prove me wrong.

Avoid -- total scam!!

Spent >$150 and have not received anything. Have been able to contact Splendid Store (shockingly ironic name!) via (1) email (emails bounce back), (2) online Contact Us form (get an error message) or (3) by phone (says number is busy....always). Avoid, unless you want to throw away your money!

Very poor service and communication

Very poor service and communication. Ordered a GPS collar for our cat as we were moving. Ordered 3 weeks before we were moving and both date given at time of purchase and after paying priority postage of $50 said it would be delivered in 3-5 days. Over 2 weeks and nothing. Sent many messages, and no reply. When I check it’s progress the tracking says it’s in China. Now I am moving and have no way of receiving my purchase and they will not contact me. Be very careful

Custom service disgusting

Custom service disgusting, tried 8 times to contact kept being hung up on, received ordered item, it was a cheap $2.00 item from china, nothing like what I ordered. Would NOT recommend any purchase from this company.

Don't waste your time or money

Don't waste your time or money. Terrible customer service. Tried to cancel order but it had shipped (fair). Waited until it arrived, then immediately submitted a request to return. I had to follow up with them 2 times to get the "authorization" to return for refund. NO label to return. The shipping label says it shipped from IL, USA, however I had to return to UK. It would have cost $85 to return for a product that cost me $150. Don't bother with this website....you can find the items elsewhere that has better customer service and policies. Would give ZERO stars if I could! UPDATE: On Feb 12th I received an email from the company that said my "refund" had been sent (3-5 business days). It is March 1st and I have NOT received the refund. Don't walk...RUN away from this company. As of now, I don't have a refund or the product. TERRIBLE!
