Company is great , but I had to get in touch with them after 2weeks, as the order had not arrived. They promptly sorted it. But used evri again,so not delivered very fast.

I purchased a beautiful tracksuit with a discount for purchasing both top and bottoms. Lots of lovely products to choose from. Fast delivery, great service.

My order arrived quickly and delivery smooth.
Unfortunately neither pair of trainers fitted me as I would have liked but it seems easy to exchange with this company so I am waiting for a bigger pair.
Good communication from the company and easy ordering and returns, seem very good so far!

I placed an order for through The Sports Edit, unfortunately the order went missing when Evri were delivering. I had no luck with Evri however TSE were fantastic in dealing with this. I heard back within 24hours and they offered a replacement or refund and also gave me a 15% discount code for the inconvenience. Sofia from their customer service was brilliant- I will definitely use again!

I had to cancel an order as I figured it would not arrive before I went travelling. Sports Edit have fantastic customer service! I contacted them and within a hour got a response. They were very understanding and helpful. I will definitely use this company again and would recommend them to other’s. Thank you.

After reading some of the negative reviews I wasn't going to order but as the trainers I wanted were considerably cheaper than anywhere else online I thought I'd take the risk. I ordered on a Monday evening, was sent tracking details the next day and received my order on Thursday. So glad I ordered and I very pleased with my purchase! Thank you

I placed my order, everything was shipped very promt. Evri on the other hand where horrendous, I didn't get my parcel, when I emailed customer servicebfor help, Sophie couldn't of been more helpful. I understand things can go wrong when using a 3rd party courier services. My experience and how quickly Sophie resolved my issue was brilliant. I love my new trainers. Thank you for the help in rectifying the issue. .

I recently gave them a bad review as my order is mixed up but the customer service Sofia in particular, unbelievably helpful got everything sorted out for me no dramas no hassles if you have any trouble I would ask for Sofia because she is amazing

Twice now my parcels from The Sports Edit have been lost in transit by their delivery partner Evri. What’s worse is that it’s impossible to speak to a human at The Sports Edit to get this resolved. You have to email and wait days for a generic copy and paste response which isn’t helpful and in my case was completely incorrect.

They tried to blame me for “redirecting mid transit,” supposedly causing a two week delay, but that’s simply wrong. I redirected my parcel immediately after ordering, before it was in transit, which Evri themselves confirmed would not cause any delay.

The biggest frustration is The Sports Edit’s useless customer service and lack of accountability. This has now happened with two consecutive orders, neither of which I’ve received.

I won’t be shopping with The Sports Edit again until they fix their customer service and stop using Evri.
