Highly recommend. I used the Stag Company to organise a weekend in Newcastle. Beth was really helpful and patiently responded to all my questions. The payment function worked well - the only difficult bit is getting people to pay, which is why it’s great to go through a company like this - no risk of you getting left out of pocket.
The hotel accommodation was excellent, much better quality than we expected and the breakfast was really good - had lots of compliments on it. Activities wise we did a ‘babe bar crawl’ on the Friday night and go-karting on the Saturday. Highly recommend the babe bar crawl if you’re not familiar with the city, the girls were brilliant and it was a hilarious night.
Everyone loved the go-karting, it’s probably the best track we’ve done and recently upgraded to electric karts which are really fast.
All round a top weekend which everyone enjoyed.

They took the work out of it, it was great! Due to changes on my side there were a loa dog last minute things, including an emergency on the day of the stag itself. But they were easy to contact & super helpful. Would recommend to anyone else (I came from a recommendation by a friend who used them as well, he was right!)

Smashing experience with these guys! Always very accommodating, replying to messages quickly and available on the phones too. Had a cracking weekend in Newcastle with the lads all went perfectly. Thanks guys, will remember this weekend for a while!!
Start to finish not a pleasant experience. Difficulty organising the event and getting a location confirmed, several back and forth conversations that didnt need to happen.
The day of the event we arrived promptly to find nobody there and could not get through to the 'emeryency' weekend contact number, after half an hour waiting we get a call back stating it had been moved location which we were not aware of, went to the next location and there was apparently no booking made to which we received another call saying it was back at the first location after spending even more on taxis and still having to walk. Can't say it didn't put a dent in the atmosphere of the stag do. Never again.

Absolute waste of time. Appalling communication, wasted money on taxi’s getting to a closed location. For a stag do! Was really looking forward to drawing a real life dwarf.
If your looking for a reliable event then I’d avoid these guys like the plague.
Update: I appreciate your response however i can assure you Dr Hancock was not contacted 5 weeks prior.
Dr Hancock is one of the most thoroughly organised individuals i have ever had the fortune of knowing. Your excuse doesn’t explain why they were not at the correct venue.

The Stag company had great correspondence and even though I left the organising of my event to the last minute they did everything possible to accomodate our event. The staff on the ground in Budapest facilitating the weekend were above and beyond our expectations and were there when we needed them. Super friendly, efficient and I would highly recommend!

Booked a life drawing and bar at 10am on the Saturday in Dublin, got taxis and arrived to a shut pub with no life, struggled to get an answer, had us traipse a few miles to another venue, then told it would be back at the original venue at midday.
None of this was communicated. Sacked it off in the end and went axe throwing.

Overall, I could not have been less impressed and would urge any potential customers to look elsewhere.
For context, I booked an event for my best friend’s stag do through the stag company, which involved renting a venue. Whilst booking over email, I made it very clear how important location was, given where we were staying and the need to pre-book transport. On the day, we arrived to the venue we had booked only to find it closed. When I eventually got through to someone, they said that the location had been moved and that I had been informed on their online portal. Knowing how important location was and that I had been organising this over email, it would have been courteous to email me to check that this was okay.
We were told that the event organiser was at this new venue and that we should make our way there. We then walked to this new venue, as it was going to be fasted than waiting for several taxis. However, this took a long time and left both the stag and stag party frustrated. When we got there, the venue said that nobody had arrived. I called the stag company again and, not only were they unhelpful and unaware of what was going on, I found them to be rather rude, insisting that I give them more time to sort it out. The reality is that this was not my fault and that I had a large group of people waiting.
Eventually, I spoke to the event organiser, rather than the stag company, who was incredibly confused and blamed the stag company. They offered us a later time, but this clashed with something else we had already booked, so I called the stag company to inform them that we wanted a refund. They continued to blame the event organiser, took no responsibility and were trying everything other than to give me a refund. Ultimately, this debacle ended up costing me money as I then had to book something else at short notice.
What annoyed me even more than this was how long it took to get my refund. I chased it numerous times and was informed that they were investigating what happened. There was absolutely no reason why I should have waited to get my money back because they were trying to figure out who was at fault, when I was the only innocent party in this.
To conclude, what a mess. If you want your stag do to go smoothly, don’t bother.
Update…
- Having booked over email and stressed the importance of location, I standby the fact that it would have been courteous to email. Being honest, the party hub is a very poor system.
- We went to the wrong venue for the reasons outlined above. However, that does not change the fact that, when we did get to the correct venue, the event organised had not arrived anyway. That is the biggest issue and not a be that can be excused.
- Regarding the refund, policy matters very little to me. I didn’t ask you to log a complaint or look into it. I asked you to return my money as you had not provided the service I had paid for. As that was clear, I didn’t expect to wait over a week to receive it, nor to have to chase it.
- Finally, I am slightly concerned at the number of reviews arriving each day, with only 1 review. I do hope you aren’t reviewing yourselves.
- Overall, I stand by my comments. Don’t use them.

Had a awesome weekend away in Blackpool with the lads. The stag campany was really good to use and really easy and helpful. Would recommend to use them. Like it how easy it was the everyone was in charge of there own booking payment so know need to chase money. And the footgolf we did was really good and would definitely recommend. The place we stay was a good place for a stag do just what you need a bed a bar and some good food in the morning. Not far to walk from hotel to the pubs and clubs.

I would not recommend if you are looking for a helpful planner to reassure you and provide you with a good understanding of what is being proposed!

There is far better stag companies to go look elsewhere if i were you!
Every activity had something go wrong. Sold us a boat trip, turned out to be Daves little sailing boat, way too small, boardering on dangerous, strippers left the stag bleeding then the company just said 'nothing we can do'. Aftercare is shockingly bad so you best hope it all goes to plan!

Organised my brother's stag in Newcastle through these guys and could not have one fault. Great range of activities. We went with karting which was a big hit with all the lads. Hotel was perfectly located, walking distance to all the best pubs / clubs. Easy and straightforward payment plan too. I dealt with Sean mostly who was always prompt in responding to any queries I had.

Unable to provide a reimbursement for a limo trip which never arrived. When told about this, they stated that we were told about this when we were not, wouldn't use again.
Terrible experience beginning to end. The only thing The Stag Company were on it with, was collecting money. They upsold £1000 worth of limo transfer without communicating that money would be lost should the flight be delayed. Their rep who was supposed to stay with the stag crew disappeared almost immediately. The response from the 'Aftercare Team' ... we understand you're disappointed
