Our landscaper drew up the bespoke water feature requirements and presented to the steel gallery. They were very quick to come back with technical drawings for approval and pricing. Really quick service and fantastic products delivered. Thank you.

It’s a shame that this firm let down their excellent product with some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Started off well with a call to go through the specs but then it went downhill pretty quickly - ignored calls and emails, missed deadlines, dropped promises and a wrong item delivered. Did promise to rectify the latter with blanking plates but sent the wrong thing again.

Love the product but won’t use again as it wasn’t worth the hassle and the additional cost of cancelling labourers at short notice,

Sadly, athough we are pleased with the gate we ordered, I don't feel I can mark this company any higher because there were numerous delays in delivery and it was almost impossible to speak to anyone as they don't answer their phone. They did email me to inform me of delays and even promised a complimentary piece of wall art by way of an apology, but that never materialised. It's such a shame I'm left feeling negative about the company because my initial view was so positive. Aleisha was really helpful and gave me the confidence to go ahead with my order.
Edit- complimentary wall art has now arrived. Didn't help with the delay but a nice gesture nevertheless.

The two screens I purchased look superb against my red-brick wall. They are beautifully designed and the construction suggests they will stay in good condition no matter the weather. Five stars!

Great product made to exact size I required

I needed a custom width side gate as rendering the house had reduced the gap between the house and the wall. I received good advice over the phone regarding measuring and the best fixing method. I didn’t get an immediate answer but left a message and got a prompt call back - nothing wrong with that. The gate arrived when expected and fitting was extremely simple. I am very pleased with the look of the gate and I believe it will look good for many years to come.

Mike and staff very helpful even came to my house to get a proper measure and fit. Very helpful waited a little longer for the panels I had ordered but I can see why, that would be,the company do such a good job on the work that I seen in there unit, ready for delivery they have many orders to produce and forward on.which says a lot for the outstanding work they do ! Keep up the good work lads it's a credit to you,and your hard work would recommend the team and the products 100%

The experience with The Steel Gallery was easy from beginning to end, I chose a bespoke panel and wanted one to fit inside my existing gate. The communication was first class and it arrived safely. I fitted it into the gate and the fit was perfect. It looks great!

This review woujd be a copy and paste of many others. Slow, Had my money for months. Never answer phone or reply to voice messages or emails. Still no news of gates signed off on 14th August and paid for on 31st July. Lots of work and trades held up on my project until these gates fitted. Beyond fuming!

Superb craftsmanship is evident in my stunning statement monstera garden screen, It’s perfect for my garden snug and looks so divine, The Corten Steel is made to the highest Quality, I also have a beautiful butterfly to compliment my set up, I love the ethical aspect from this small family run business, quality products direct from the uk, I believe as a business truly went over and above to tailor for my build, only problem is what do I order next! thank you so much!

Absolutely nothing but delight - designs, soothing colours, nuclear packaging, on-time delivery. Screen in situ is splendid.

Ordered a garden gate with posts in June. First sent us someone else's order. Then our products came, incorrectly designed. Time period of delivery much longer than what we were told. Accepted the mistake of incorrect product - again sent an incorrect replacement for part of the product. Terrible customer service. We still have no resolution to the saga. Emails unanswered for 3 weeks now. And have caused huge delays to our project.

Update on Sept 20. I disagree with Steel Gallery response and attempt to misrepresent the facts. The order was designed wrongly by steel gallery which they accepted in writing. The proposed solution did not work which led to more waste of time. After which you agreed to take the gate back to rectify the issue. Each response from you needed chasing. You have also not had a single conversation with me - and all exchanges are on emails. I am still waiting for a solution that works. In summary, rather than going “above and beyond”, you have provided terrible customer service.

Started the order process beginning of July. Sent back final measurements mid July and told it would be 15 days turn around 37 days later and still no gate and no real explanation

First time we have used The Steel Gallery and found their website easy to understand and navigate, they gave consent feedback to what stage of the manufacture they were at and delivery they were very active in making sure our bespoke door got to us in one piece and on time.

Superb quality, great communications, great company.
