Postage - £8 for two large aluminium 1.8 x .9m across the country - a true bargain

After being let down by another company (Screen with Envy) I ordered from The Steel Gallery and decided to go for aluminium rather than composite fencing as originally ordered with SWE.
I’m so pleased with them. Yes they were more expensive but worth it I think!
They were delivered in the timeframe given and although there was a slight hiccup, it was rectified straight away. As a gesture of goodwill and for any inconvenience they sent me a lovely free piece of wall art

This company is an absolutely breath of fresh air.
I spent six months arguing with another company about my right to cancel similar bespoke screens for my decking I had ordered but not approved ( some other reviewers may not be comfortable in mentioning them but I have no issues in stating they are are Screen With Envy- avoid at costs !!. If you choose not to believe me have a look at other reviews on Trust Pilot.
I normally do look a reviews before purchasing but like others saw them advertised on Love Your Garden and took that as a commendation.
In the end I was thankful I had paid by credit card and my bank ( thank you NatWest ) to sort out a refund. Whilst I was waiting for an answer from the bank I scoured the web and found the Steel Gallery. I looked at the reviews and decided when I had the the funds to order from them.
All the way through the process Mike has been absolutely fantastic. Given my previous poor experience he answered all my questions and concerns clearly and quickly.
They offer a number of options for the screens ( painted aluminium, corten and stainless steel, however after speaking to Mike about our requirements he offered to produce a polished aluminium option not advertised on his website )
The order arrived a day late ( not the fault of the Steel Gallery) but Mike chased up the delivery on my behalf an gave me the number of the courier if there was any further issues.
The screens arrived well packed on a pallet and could not be more pleased with result. See photos.
Seriously if you are looking for screens either decorative of or practical use like myself use this company as their products and customer service is first class

All my questions were answered promptly and in a friendly manner and was kept informed of delivery date. Packaging was brilliant and my two panels have brought my garden up to a whole new level. Excellent service from start to finish. Initial enquiry dealt with promptly, fully and helpfully and not phased at all when I then changed the dimensions of the made-to-order trellis. Trellis arrived when arranged and packaging was first class. Happy with the trellis itself and lots of admiring comments about it already.

Top class service, they delivered exactly what was ordered the the time frame they suggested.
Good stock levels and were honest enough to say if it wasn’t in stock and didn’t just take your money and make you wait 6 months like another very similar supplier.

Dealt with Mike throughout the process as we needed a bespoke Screen made. Very obliging & always very prompt replies. Delivered very quickly & they look FABULOUS ! Had a small technical hitch with one of the spacers so emailed Mike & got a response within 2 hrs, telling me a new spacer was in the post. Brilliant people to deal with. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Made to order and delivered about 9 days later. Communication was excellent .

Screens are lovely, well made and exactly what we were looking for, easy to assemble to posts and a great addition to the garden. Unfortunately we're in a new build area and delivery struggled to find us, Aleisha was brilliant and helped resolve the issue with the delivery company super quick - amazing customer service and great product!
