Regarding the Skelmersdale Unit.
I had my belongings for 6 months in this unit, a ground floor 96sq/f. When I went back to my stuff 2 months into my stay, I noticed a small amount of mould on my items, I reported this to the staff, they said “you can move your items into another unit, but we cannot assist you in doing so”. I had recently undergone surgery and wasn’t allowed to do heavy lifting. The staff didn’t have any alternative options for me, so I had to leave my stuff there. I collected my goods in December and everything was mouldy. Instead of the staff apologising, they blamed me, said it was my fault and everything was already like this. This is defamation and I am looking at taking legal action against this company, the staff are rude and abrupt. I cannot recommend this place at all, it’s overpriced and horrendous. You cannot access your items when you need. You’re locked out after 8pm, this is a pain when you’re not local to the storage. I have made an insurance claim regarding my items but have had to replace most of them out of my own pocket as I am unable to use them anymore. This completely ruined my Christmas for me and my family. The day before I “closed” my unit, and ended the stay, I received a text from the storage team, stating they had accessed my unit because “tenant left phone in unit” I was on the other side of the country when this happened, I believe they went into my unit for unforeseen circumstances, when I queried this it was an “investigation”.
Awful service and will be going to press, media and local authority about this business.

Edit: as you can see by their response, no apology. Just blaming the customer. I provided TST with evidence of a hole in the unit which allowed condensation and rain in the unit.

Didn’t sign up for calls, emails all I wanted was a simple quote, Now I’m receiving numerous calls!

So my experience with The Storage Team at Selby has always been very positive...
Kerrie and Georgia are always have a smile, are helpful and very knowledgeable about there work giving you peace of mind.
The place is always kept clean and tidy and if you have any problems regarding storage they will give you all the best options available.
Happily recomend them ....

I recently started using the storage facility and am really happy with the service I have received, the staff are very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

The Scunthorpe team are always pleasant, helpful & friendly. The Scunthorpe site is well maintained with a focus on cleanliness. I use it for personal however the company i work for also use it & i'm treated with the same professionalism no matter the reason i'm there

I have been with the St Helens storage team for almost 2 years now and I wouldn’t dream of moving, the staff feel like friends to me now and they’re always there to help and want to see our business grow too which is the best. Love seeing Jan and Ricardo every morning in the office and being able to have a little chat before going in.

The Storage Team Scunthorpe
The staff very friendly even assisted me when my bybox locker was frozen with a cup hot water for the lock and a brew for me

An easy to manage storage solution. I really liked the fact that you can downsize your unit space as you downsize your stuff. The office staff are really helpful during the day and respond promptly to emails. Having 24 hour access is great and an onsite kitchen area to make a brew is a very welcome addition.

If you need to organise quick and easy storage in Wigan, this is it.

From our initial enquiry to moving in the team at The Storage Team, St. Helens have been amazing! Nothing is ever too much trouble from helping us take deliveries, to booking rooms for us and they even help out when you're out of milk for a brew!
