Staff at the York store are very friendly and helpful, the storage was pleasant experience and the facility is very secure. Access hours open past the reception hours was extremely helpful and I’m thankful for this service.
I had a great experience using The Storage Team York and I can’t reccomend it more!

I store at the Storage Team Scunthorpe and the staff there are excellent. They place parcels into our unit for us to avoid them getting lost.
If you need storage would highly recommend them.

I went last week without an appointment and was welcomed straight away by Debbie and Donna. They were extremely accommodating — Debbie, the manager, showed me a range of different unit sizes and options, and clearly explained the insurance requirements along with a promotional offer that added great value.
Both Debbie and Donna were genuinely friendly, and Debbie’s passion for her job really shone through. Although I didn’t sign up there and then, there was absolutely no hard sell — they were completely respectful of the fact I was just obtaining a quote ahead of moving in 4 weeks.
A really professional, helpful, and positive experience. Highly recommend The Storage Team Chesterfield!

Visited the storage team at chesterfield. The manager Debbie showed me around. She was very helpful and knowledgeable I wasn’t sure what size unit I would need after telling her what products I wanted to store she advised the best sized unit. Signed up there and then.

Security cameras are all over the site & access codes are provided for convenience out of their office hours. I can pop down any time and know that I’m safe, as well as my belongings.
