The color didn't match the photos…
The color didn't match the photos online and the return policy was such that I know I can't take a risk with misleading photos from this brand again as I lost 1/3 of the money spent in the transaction.

We believe these photos are highly representative of the colour you received, they are taken in natural light to best reflect their colour. I can see though that you returned then for a refund which has already been processed. Frustrating experience. Because the Strap Tailor has now ensured that I look nowhere else for straps. It's disappointing as an adventure into the strap world. Because that's how good these straps are. Have picked up 11 straps. 8 leather and 3 nylon. Every single one fits the 6 watches I own perfectly. And that's because David helped walk me through the options for each. So the entire process, the product and delivery have been exceptional. I have no other place I'd window shop even.
