Terrible experience
I received the wrong size and was unable to return the jeans I bought. They offered me a refund of $45 in store credit, not even half the price I paid and the code doesn’t even work. I’ve emailed numerous times about the code not working and haven’t received a response.

On Nov. 20th, I placed an order for the Pleated Drawstring Scimitar Track Pants. I needed them for an event that I was attending on Dec. 7th, so I placed the order with expedited shipping. I had not received any updates as it pertained to the shipping process, so I reached out via email. At that point, I was provided with tracking info. I requested a refund on the $28 expedited shipping since my package wasn’t being expedited but was denied and told I had received the package, so they couldn’t and would not be giving me a refund. Mind you, the timeframe for standard shipping, according to the company’s policy, is 5-10 business days. Expedited shipping, again according to your company is 3-6 business days. My package was delivered at 10 business days. To add insult to injury, the pants don’t fit. I can’t even do a refund, because I accidentally tore the tag off when trying them on (their policy indicates all tags must still be intact in order to return an item). I’m now stuck with the pants and had to try and find something else last minute for the event.

Good Pieces, bad service
The The design of the pieces are great, the quality is okay but really not the best. The shipping was a bit slow but, that's not problematic, regarding the cloths come from asia.
What really unsatisfied me, is the fact that if you choose the wrong size you have to pay for the shipping back. That's problematic because the shipping fee is around 30-40 EUR€ and it's really hard to know what to put on the adress.
So all in all it's good if you choose the right pieces and the right size but if you don't, then it's horrible

What a horrible company
What a horrible company. They have a misleading sizing chart which they use universally but the clothing does not fit accordingly in various styles. I bought 300 euros worth of stuff, one of the pants was sized improperly. When I asked them to exchange it they offered only a 9 euro coupon and refused to exchange the item! Th customer service was absolutely useless and inflexible. Thy did not even apologise for the mistake. They just said, “not our problem” here have a 9euro coupon and shut up. Absolute garbage!

You just get Better!
I keep telling myself after the last order that I will stop. Yet after a few days up pops up another clothing that catches my baggy clothes style. My only compaint is the length of the pants,then using my hand skill I fix the length. My height is 5'7" so I have a certain fashion sense of not wanting the length to be hitting the floor. If you can possibly make the length according to one's height then it seems that I will continue to be a customer.
