I'm being ignored after I sent all the evidence that the jacket doesn't fit me and I want to return it. The return period is almost over, and they're deliberately ignoring me and not giving me a return address.
The jacket is really big on me. The shoulders are too low. I look like a ball in the jacket. I'm 175 cm tall and weigh 95 kg. Since your size chart lists a weight for this size up to 88 kg, I ordered it taking into account that I weigh even more. I also don't like the fact that the inside is so fluffy that when I zip up the jacket, wool constantly gets caught in the zipper, and because of this, I can quickly break the zipper. It's very uncomfortable. I understand that this was essentially visible in the photo, but I don't think it's normal that it's so difficult to zip up the jacket. Your size chart doesn't list specific chest and waist measurements, so I based my weight on it. I hope for your understanding and a quick response so I can send the item before the return period expires. I don't need phone number. Yet sent and no answer!!!

I got the snow camo cargo pants and they were advertised falsely because the colour in real life is like a light green forest camo no snow white colour at all. Quite literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
Because of bad reviews I saw after ordering, I tried cancelling the order immediately, they ignored all my emails. After a month I receive the item but it doesn't look anywhere near as good as the photos. I email to return the item, again ignore all my emails.

Item finally arrived the jacket is like a crop top, doesn’t match the photos at all. I paid £57 I asked for a return they said I could keep the item and they would give me a 15% voucher for future purchase. Or they would offer £8 refund. They eventually came back saying I ca. return the item but I have to ship to Hong Kong. Very misleading I would avoid at all costs. The other reviews on here look misleading too.
Just an update from me I messaged on what’s app and I am returning the item to them but return postage to Hong Kong is £17 which they won’t reimburse even though the item is faulty.
