Great customer service. After sending through photos of my issue the customer service lady came back to me the same day explaining my problem (my fault) and how to rectify it. They followed up to make sure my issue was resolved and also gave me a discount on my order. I wish every company was as responsive and friendly. Thank you

Great product & 10/10 customer service
About a week after we received our ST toothbrush it stopped working, we tried recharging & following the trouble shooting guides with no success. So we sent an email to the supplier, I have to admit I was quiet apprehensive & thought nothing would come of it & that we had probably wasted money. About 24 hours later we received a response from Adrien saying sorry for your having problems and could you please try these few things to see if that resolves the issues. We did & replied that there was no change to the unit. Another 24 hours and Adrien replied saying they would arrange replacement unit to be sent out ASAP. I was totally amazed.
We have now been using the toothbrush for over two weeks and its brilliant, very effective & haven't had to charge it yet,
I recommend the product & give the customer service a 10/10 with a big thanks to Adrien.

My toothbrush stopped charging so when I emailed them, they walked me through a troubleshoot and when that didn’t work they swiftly proposed to send a replacement. Love this toothbrush because of what it’s made out of and how well it cleans my teeth!

I love this toothbrush , the natural brush fibres, the bamboo, the long life battery.
I did have a problem with the battery charging recently & got in touch with customer service. Solved the problem.
Love solving a problem , opposed to discarding .
