Will not order from here again. Ordered a pack of 20 fruit pops for £6.99. They sent one single fruit pop. This box was supposed to be for my teenager, to cheer him up after a hard time. Sloppily packaged. The lolly looked melted and I've been ripped off. No response from shop. Horrible service.

I received my package and it was on time and as discussed. I will be ordering from them in future they make a quick and convenient way to get your favourites both old and new and for them who are not sure if they will like any small amounts. Can't wait to place next order as its not just working day delivery like most places

I have ordered twice now from The Sweet Box and must say that how please I am extremely pleased with the orders that I have recieved. The customer service is superb. Definetly will use them in the future! 😀

Ordered many times, brilliant service. Great tasting sweets for all occasions, perfect for me as i don't drive & the low cost postage would cost you that if not more to get to town & back. The Sweet Box is very good at responding to any queries & delivery is always super fast 👌 Highly recommend 😊

I order from The Sweet Box most months and I am always happy with my orders, the products are reasonably priced and they have a great selection of Australian, american and Indian imports, which they keep adding too, its always exciting to try new products from around the world!

Made a decent size order - order was accepted - then dispatched - then I was sent an email that it was being refunded and hadn’t been dispatched- I was then told that the 2 couriers they use WILL NOT deliver to me - I then emailed them showing them proof that the two couriers they were talking about are the ONLY couriers for where I live - I was then told well we have refunded you but we can send the items in two packets but you have to pay extra shipping just re order - at this point being out right told no I wasn’t going to be getting the items ! I will never shop here as the service is appalling ! They clearly didn’t want the little bit of extra work - they also told me they had refunded and emailed me before even checking alternative options on Royal Mail delivering the parcel! Father’s Day package completely ruined and now I have to wait for a refund before I can even order from somewhere else

Great choice of sweets from us ect, the only thing I would say is the money you spend it would have been nice to of had them in a sweet paper box not just in a delivery box which kind of a bummer as I could have bought them in the sweet shop locally in that case

Love this sweet shop. Order bits for my grandchildren and always few bits for me. Hermes delivery seems improved. My favourite online sweet shop

Box was left in the middle of the driveway, in the pouring rain for many hours with the sweets eventually leaking out due to the damage box. Contacted them for information, no replies after 4 messages. Nearly £70 order that had to go in the bin.

Never using again, recommend avoiding.

Absolutely love this place, their sweets are always fresh and delicious. Never had any issues with orders, I usually order pretty big too as my work colleagues love them! I'll be back shortly for more 😊

Usually have no problems with this company but for my last order I ordered on 26th August and as of today, 20th September I am still yet to receive it. I have chased numerous times but no response.
Will not be using this company again.

I ordered one of their 1kg mixes before Christmas that i had bought as a joke present (which had a particular meaning behind) for a friend, needed 1kg sweets in total hence why I ordered a 1kg mix... Only received 843g! Contacted them multiple times and never received a response. They have since changed their listings to still be titled 1kg, but in the body text it says 800-1000g! How can you list something as 1kg but then say it may only weigh 800g :/
