excellent service, no problems at all!

Simple and easy to order over the web and had stock of the equipment I was looking for.
Arrived on time.

We would have no hesitation to recommend this company we purchased some equipment from them which was excellent and delivered promptly but we also needed advice which was given and much appreciated

Purchased a 2nd hand unit, programming lead and software via Ebay. Speedy delivery and exactly as described. Emails responded to very promptly. Highly recommended.

The only thing that stopped the review being a 5 was the returns process. We sent the goods back very easily but had to chase the credit a few times - got it in the end but it was a tad lower than we thought we might get. It has not stopped me going back to them for further purchases.

We purchased this as a replacement for the existing one, works fine.
Only draw back was the lack of set up instructions, luckily we already new where the phone cables etc went bit it would have been difficult if we didnt.

Refurbished NEC phone was in excellent condition and delivered on time. Great service!

After a problem with our telephone system we contacted The Telecom Shop for replacement hand sets. The service we received was first class with next day delivery and knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff that were able to sort out an unforeseen problem that occurred.
We would definitaly use this company again and cannot recommend them highly enough.

1.0 Went on line chose the correct handsets.

2.0 Ordered them at 1500hrs. 1st Class Post.

3.0 Delivered 1100hrs next day , Brilliant.

If a power supply cord is not included in the package you should mention it on your site.
I am unable to use the phone I bought because there is no power supply cord, which apparently isn't necessary in some offices.
It just would have been nice to know that the cord was not included.

We ordered a telephone to replace a faulty unit and the new one was with us the next morning. Very speedy service.

Bought a refurbished Cisco voip phone, fine in itself but they failed to mention it requires PoE. The phone was very cheap, excellent vfm if your network is powered. The subsequent power supply was extremely expensive, more than the actual phone and as a result, I'd have been better off buying the voip service providers' own model, the final price difference was marginal.

Item delivered was in good condition and supplied promptly.

Phones we ordered weren't in stock but we had a phone call to check we were happy with a replacement product which were sent out promptly.
