I purchased a DCL8 Card from the Telephone shop, it was stated that it was in stock, but less than 5 hours ordering I received an e-mail from Steve letting me know it was now unfortunately out of stock, I was given the option of waiting for it to come in or a refund. It did however turn up next day as planned. I have also spoken to Steve on a couple of occasions and he has given me very good technical help. Would definitely use again and highly recommend

I recently dealt with Mark in The Telecom Shop stores department and I have to say his customer service is excellent. Friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him – even when it was an ‘operator error’ situation! This is the second time in less than a year when we have needed to buy headsets and this company has delivered on both occasions. Great to see and hear when so many other companies are not interested in delivering a brilliant customer experience at all.

I received my headset very quickly. It was well packaged.
There was a fault with it and I contacted the company and they advised me to send it back to them.
A replacement was sent to me in a couple of days and it works perfectly.

The order was dealt with promptly and was received within 3 days.
