Ordered a phone from here as an office one packed up which was part of an old network (no longer available new).
Phone arrived the next day in very protective wrapping.
Seems to be absolutely no problems with the phone, a lot cheaper than replacing the entire 8 phone system for one broken phone!

As my title says. This is the second item I have bought from the Telecom Shop and I have been very satisfied both times and would certainly recommend them.

Whenever I need a decent refurbished phone I never go anywhere else. Good value and good delivery times.

Only went on website to buy a replacement Avaya 1406, but after very good telephone help ended up buying a conference phone also. 2 great recondition phones at great value. Also helped me sort out my ip office software FoC.

Black phones were out of stock but email communication explaining this with alternative options was received very quickly. Because I wanted black ones I was happy to wait until they were back in stock and actually received them earlier than the email indicated too. Good service and communication.

Bought the phone on Friday and got it on Monday - works and treat and the price was the cheapest on Google.

I needed a part for a phone system that was discontinued some time ago and found it at the Telecom Shop, price was fair but I was too late for the next day delivery so I ordered it for delivery the following day. It was only later I realised I would be out in the afternoon so called to see if I could change the delivery to before 12. The person I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant (despite the fact I called the minute they opened) and the order was upgraded with no trouble.

The item arrived well packed and was as described. I would be more than happy to use this company again.
