I was very impressed with the customer service when I called to ask about a product and then rang to ask about returning an item.
I was able to get straight through with no fuss or delays, spoke to very helpful staff on all occasions and would thoroughly recommend this shop.

When we lost the voicemail part of our telephone system, BT told us that the only solution would be to buy a whole new phone system (from them, obviously) which would cost at least £2,500.00. Not feeling that this was right, we did some research on the internet and came across The Telecom Shop. One quick phone call to Steve later and he had identified the problem, ordered the parts that we needed and arranged for an engineer to come out the following week. The engineer came out and had everything sorted in half an hour. The cost was extremely reasonable and the service was efficient, helpful and very friendly. We would certainly use The Telecom Shop again and are so glad that we found them!

Excellent website, easy to use and faultless next day delivery

I bought a telephone off them and it came quickly with no problems, I then asked for more info and that was sent speedily, I have no problem with recommending them to anyone.

We purchased a new phone system from The Telecom Shop which we opted to self install, we ran into a couple of problems with the setup, which after a couple of phone calls to the Telecom Shop we managed to get the system up and running.

The help we received was excellent, the knowledge of the engineers, advice and help we received was second to none.

I have no reservation in recommending The Telecom Shop and will definitely be advising others to use them.

We were being sold over engineered, expensive new systems by other providers. With a team of 20 growing upto 35, our needs were fairly simple. Telecom Shop team gave us helpful, honest advice and supplied and installed. Very happy, thank you.

We've used the telecom shop a number of times and they've always had excellent customer service. Prices ofcourse are good but the quality and reliability of their products and service is what keeps us coming back each time. Even if something doesn't ever work, they are quick to sort out the problems. Highly recommended from us!

I have bought at least two telephones for my school and each time have needed some slightly different set up from that offered. This has always been managed with never a problem. Any time we need anything else on the telecommunications front, we will be coming back!!

I needed a new VoIP phone to replace my current one. Order placed at 4pm, order delivered in a one hour time slot 10am the next morning! Very happy!
Have signed up for their super fast fibre broadband too which looks much better than BT and defiantly cheaper.
