Late on a Friday I needed some used telephone handsets in a hurry; they arrived before noon the next working day - cleaned as new - carefully packed - all the accessories we needed. Even more importantly ours is a computer-based telephone system and VOIP phones can be hard to program. The Telecom Shop listened carefully to what we already had, gave choices and recommendations, and ensured all the handsets were set to factory default. We had them all set up and in place in minutes. We're genuinely delighted with a great service at a keen price. Thanks!

I had ordered some new telephone handsets for the office but the cables that came with the phones were not compatible with our system. I called The Telecom Shop to try and find the right cables. They sent me out numerous types of cables on about four occasions, completely free of charge, until we had found that right type. Not only were they extremely friendly while helping, but the help was prompt with the cables arriving in the post quickly. Will definitely be using them again!

All the sales representatives are very polite and helpful.

The Telecom Shop is the best supplier of telecoms equipment in the UK! The team are friendly and helpful. Nothing is ever to much for them. Leighton is the best and everyone loves Vaughan.

We found dealing with the Telecom shop a good experience. We spoke to Leighton and he suggested a telephone system, the BT Versatility. The system arrived and worked perfect, the postage to Ireland was very reasonable. The customer was very impressed by the quality of the equipment at such a good price.

Dealing with the Telecom Shop is a dream. We have a ordered a number of Polycom conference units for our customers and shipped them all over the world.

I deal with leighton @ TTS and the pre-sales and after sales support is next to none....actually he is probably as good as me :). I only use TTS and I am normally a quality before quantity guy but i actually the quality service and excellent pricing....BONUS :)

Very pleased with The Telecom Shop.
We ordered a consignment of Polycom units which we received promptly and well packaged. When we realized one of the units was faulty they collected it and replaced it next day. Can't fault that at all.

The buying process was incredibly easy and delivery was very prompt. Unfortunately I made a mistake in the type of conf call phone I bought. The Telecom Shop were very helpful, both in advising me on how to return but also in advising me on a compatible system.

It's easy to find what you want on their website, ordering takes minutes and everything arrived next day. We had no problems with any of the phones we received but they have a long warranty just in case.

Would definitely use The Telecom Shop again in the future and recommend to others.

Broad range of refurbished products, all have arrived on time, and in good working order, staff very helpful.

We are a new start up business and need to keep our initial costs to a minimum. BT had quoted for an expensive OTT system which was beyond our needs with high installation costs. The Telecom Shop quoted for a system that was just what we wanted for about 25% of the BT quote. This gets us going now and means we can get a new phone system at any time the business needs change. We placed our order and received the goods next day. All is working.
