Trainer Mr Neil Richards, was very engaging and knowledgeable. Enjoyed the training was not boring. Questions were answered accurately.

The apprenticeship has been intense, even over eighteen months, but the workload has been manageable especially with the help and support of Mark Swales, who has been a rock, and Andy who presented the course with good humour and precision. I would recommend this course to those who wish to bolster their skills in education and learning, but also those who need further education in fundraising and project planning. I wish to thank those involved for all the support and encouragement.

Jamie is a great trainer, and, together with my skills coach Elaine, the Tess Group have supported me throughout my apprenticeship. I would recommend!

This apprenticeship was amazing and the tutor was incredible, there was so much support and every meeting was really positive. The help for the EPA was great, I never felt left to figure anything out for myself and was encouraged to ask for help whenever which made every single assignment and the EPA so much easier, I really enjoyed learning about each topic and gaining new knowledge, which has helped me so much. My tutor was so helpful and I knew I could ask him for help whenever.

I have just finished completing my CSAS/RSAS course today delivered by Neil. The course was delivered with great efficiency and contained a lot of fun learning. Some great group learning and discussions. I would highly recommend the course and the trainer.
