The buying process was very easy, just wish they had an option to add your tickets to your apple wallet instead of needing to download the app or have each ticket document downloaded but that’s my only suggestion for making it easier :)

Regular communication, keeping me updated, gave me reassurance that my tickets were secure and on their way. Easily downloaded and scanned at the door resulting in a fantastic night with Jimmy Carr.

I couldn’t locate my ticket so reached out to Ticketmaster to request a copy, they didn’t have a copy, and I found that it ticket couldn’t be attached to my apple wallet, so was a mess trying to locate my ticket

Tickets are pricey these days more then other websites but all was fairly easy to deal with worth the money only because of the bands

Seeing Ed Sheeran live was nothing short of incredible. From the moment he stepped on stage, the energy was electric — yet somehow intimate at the same time. His ability to command a massive crowd with just his guitar, loop pedal, and raw talent is genuinely mesmerising.

Vocally, he was flawless. Every song sounded as good as — if not better than — the recorded versions, and his emotional delivery made the whole experience feel personal. Whether he was performing upbeat crowd favourites that had everyone dancing or slowing things down for heartfelt ballads, he created beautiful moments that the audience was completely immersed in.

What stood out most was his authenticity. His storytelling between songs, humour, and genuine gratitude toward the crowd made the concert feel warm and connected rather than just a performance. The loop pedal work was fascinating to watch and reminded everyone just how musically gifted he is.

The production was spectacular without overshadowing him — stunning visuals, clever lighting, and a stage setup that allowed everyone to feel included. But ultimately, it was his talent and heart that carried the night.

A brilliant, feel-good concert that leaves you smiling, singing all the way home, and reminded why he’s one of the most loved performers in the world.

Amazing venue, great service. Short wait times for drinks and merchandise. Dream come true seeing MGK and these guys rocked it.

The people around us in the arena made it such a cool vibe and tickets where easy to get, navigate and the staff working the food options where all so friendly and nice.
Will be using it to see more concerts.

Easy to purchase, tickets were kept behind my login and simple to access at the entry gate to the concert. Look forward to the next one. 🤘

The music was fantastic. Overall a good night but the weather was extreme and think it would have been good to postpone. Venue great and was happy to initially pay $59.00 for a carafe of wine which included two plastic cups and an ice bucket but after that just wanted the carafe.. Did not need multiple cups and buckets.

Tickets arrived quickly. Tickets were as advertised. Tickets were together. Value for money.

Recieved tickets super early and the whole process was extremely simple.

Would purchase tickets through Ticket Merchant again for sure.

Was a great experience watching MgK perform first time. Was at most 2 hrs were incredible and most of his good songs were performed

Purchased tickets to the sold out MGK tour in Melbourne. Was a little sceptical at the start but entry into the venue was smooth and tickets worked with no problems at all 10/10 would purchase through these guys again
