The products were fine. I payed for 2 to 3 day delivery and it was a week later. I rang up and spoke to a lovely man called Lus who said my charge would be reimbursed but I've not got rung back to him yet.

Not as described. The towels described 700 GSM Bamboo…
The towels are described as “700 GSM Bamboo Bath Sheet — Softer Than Cotton, Naturally Antibacterial.” I bought these specifically for my dad, who is currently undergoing chemotherapy and has extremely sore, sensitive and flaking skin.
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the towels. They were nowhere near as soft as described — in fact, I found them quite rough to the touch, which is the last thing we needed given my dad’s sensitive skin.
I contacted the seller, but was told there was nothing wrong with the towels and that I would have to pay the return postage myself.
The delivery was quick and efficient, which was a positive, but sadly the quality and softness of the towels did not live up to the description or my expectations. A real shame.
