We cannot thank Jane Rose enough for the outstanding service she provided. We were faced with arranging a last-minute flight and hotel for my husband in the Cayman Islands, and what could have been an incredibly stressful situation was handled with professionalism, efficiency and genuine care.

Today I had a conversation with Max, I was having a few issues trying to do this by myself needing an E ticket to the states for a couple months. Instantly max new the situation and within 5 minutes found me an amazing price and within another 5 minutes I had brought the tickets! 5* would recommend!

Mary was very helpful and got me the best deal to the United States.

After making a stupid mistake and missing our flight home. We are a family of six with three young children. We contacted the Travel bookings and through sheer persitence and patience of their part, they got us home next day. Renee in particular stayed on the phone with us for about 5 hrs without a break to ensure we were fully booked on the flight home. Everyone at the company did their bit, but Renee was exceptional. Even had adjoining seats as bonus.Definitely would use them again and strongly reccomend them.
