Hazel spent over an hour assisting me with a change in my flight from Toronto to LAX for 6 July.

She went out of her way to provide excellent customer service and was able to action all seat, baggage and flight requests and find the best and most cost effective solutions for me.

Carter Smith was extraordinary; he went above and beyond helping me modify two reservation mistakes, and took hours on the phone with both the airline carrier (to reschedule my flight), as well as negotiating with the car rental agency (to help me modify/extend my car). It is rare to receive such kind, detailed, dedicated and personalized service. I am hopeful Expedia will recognize him for his exceptional work ethic and service to Expedia clients.
