Very organized and smooth delivery and installation,couldn't of been more helpful answering my questions.

And installed two weeks ago now, the delivery was effortless and so quick, everything was explained over the phone regarding the chemicals.
We had a long wait due to Covid as everyone else but Blythe was keeping me informed every week which was great, it was definitely worth the wait, this is our first hot tube and "Wow" its amazing and so relaxing.
The tube is very good quality for the money and i highly recommend this hot tube, Richard has been great and very helpful and nothings too much trouble, great company keep up the good work team.👍

From choosing the hot tub, to ordering it, to delivery and going through the use and chemicals, the Tub Company have been faultless. They have been brilliant to communicate with and provided updates on the delivery so I did not worry or have to chase. Richard was great at going through what hot tub would suit our needs and going through what was worth getting and what wasn't. The delivery on the day went so smoothly and the two men who delivered it were super friendly and went above and beyond what I expected of them (our garden wasn't the easiest to access!). They were great at explaining everything and everything was done so quickly! At first look the chemicals etc were all quite daunting but Richard was brilliant at going through everything and showing that it is all quite simple! Would definitely recommend this company.

In this case beyond my highest expectations.

The expertise and passion Richard has for his subject is clear, the information and advice is spot on; the timely communication and updates from Blythe were really helpful (lots of companies could learn from this...) and the two delivery men were brilliant (making it look much easier than I suspect it was). All of this done in a more challenging environment during Covid.

A month later, the hot tub is even better than described: our only challenge is persuading the kids to get out.

We Ordered our Tub mid lock down in 2020 and due to the world crisis, the hot-tub was naturally delayed. This was no fault of The Tub Company, Blythe and Richard kept us up to date with weekly updates which was fantastic. From going to the showroom to choose our Hot tub to utilising Richards experience in regards to getting it in to our garden with a crane, nothing was too much trouble. We are over the moon with our purchase and it was well worth the wait. Would highly recommend this company and are really pleased we used them

We dealt with Richard who was very professional with throughout, we was kept up to date well with arrival date and installation date of the tub which was delayed due to Covid. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the tub and would recommend to others who may be thinking of a tub (we have already done so). Only negative was a bit of damage done to our new gazebo on installation, the lads did highlight the fact they had caused damage. The communication and service after the tub was installed has been very good and it is nice to know we have the teams support should we have any problems down the line.

What started out as a good day of getting our hot tub, turned into a day with a few twists and turns but the Tub Company took it in their stride and sorted it all out for I would like to thank them for.

They went above and beyond from the moment of my first enquiry to try and get me the best tub and delivery. I had quite a big access problem for getting the tub in :) :)
Everyone has been great. So helpful. Ive got a fab tub and nothing i ask seems to much trouble for these guys.

I cant complain about the service throughout. I was keep informed before delivery with delays due to Covid which was out of their control.

Upon delivery the team were very professional and helpful with any questions I had and installed the tub very neatly and left no mess.

I was contacted and told how to get started and was given a run through of how the chemicals work and what to use and when. This was all written down but was good to have a personal input as well.

Would very much recommend The Tub Company to anyone looking at purchasing a hot tub.

We were looking for two extra Hot Tubs for our holiday cottage business so started up conversations with Ed. I was very aware from other suppliers that there had been unprecedented demand for Hot Tubs due to Lock Down. So I was totally surprised and absolutely delighted to have both hot tubs safely delivered less than a month since my first enquiry.

Very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend using this company as my product arrived a day after purchasing
