I would certainly recommend this company for its great customer service and aftercare, My parcel came really quickly but unfortunately the contents had been terribly damaged in transit, I emailed them and almost immediately got a reply from a lovely lady named Ella who was really kind and apologetic about this, she offered me a refund or a replacement, so I decided to have a replacement which was delivered to me less than 24 hours later!! And the contents were in perfect condition! I'm so impressed with the way my problem was dealt with and can't thank this company enough for giving me such good service and Ella was so kind and understanding, I will definitely shop with them again ,thankyou

Damaged on delivery but rectified quickly
Package beaten up on delivery, four parts of the desk damaged including the wooden top which had a large crack in it. Absolutely dreadful.
After I raised the complaint Urban Mill’s response was great. Customer service were in touch straight away and with no quibbles despatched a new desk. This arrived in two days and was well packed and undamaged. Fantastic customer service, thankyou.

Great products and excellent customer care
I just ordered from Urban Mill. Although the company doesn't have a phone line, if you can be bothered to send them a message via email, they will respond. A nice lady come back to me very, very swiftly and answered all my questions about a product including helping my order to be processed fast, so it will arrive in time for me to take to Europe in the car. Excellent service from Urban Mill!
I have had their furniture before for my student daughter. She loves it and I'm looking forward to receiving the ordered items.

Faulty item but issue resolved with a refund.
Unfortunately the item I ordered had arrived fault. I had emailed twice including with images of fault, when they responded to my issue it was swiftly rectified and a refund was made.

AWFUL COMPANY! AVOID!

Extremely dissatisfied! My product never arrived, and after a month with no communication, I attempted to reach out with no success.
It was only after initiating a refund through my bank that I finally heard back from them, offering a substitute product since the one I originally ordered wasn't even in stock (despite offering next-day shipping).
After nearly two months, I've ultimately secured a refund from my bank.
The service was terrible!
