Good design & delivery, relatively poor assembly and construction quality.
While the Design and delivery was good, the assembly process/instructions were quite poorly thought out unfortunately and quite a few things on the desk are misaligned (ie: drawer doors).
It is a shame as the design is very neat but if one is to look closely, it would notice that the construction quality is not as good as it should be.

Excellent customer service. Had an issue with a desk I had ordered for my son’s bedroom. A key part was damaged, probably via delivery. The team quickly resolved the issue. I would recommend Urban Mill and I will buy from them again. The desk is also very good value for money. Sturdy and made from good quality materials.

Fantastic experience
I was looking for a black cat after my cat sadly passed away. I saw the image of the geometric stretching cat and immediately thought it looked like Sparky. The cat looks different as the light reflects off the angles, it is very well made and perfect for what I wanted. Ordering was easy on the website and it was delivered quickly and well packaged.

The two large 30x40 inch picture frames for my rare car showroom posters
The two large 30x40 inch picture frames I ordered arrived shortly after ordering and proved ideal for the car showroom posters I wanted to display. Even though there was a problem with one of the acetate sheets in the form of a 5cm split, Urban Mill were very prompt to send a replacement. Overall an excellent experience and I thoroughly recommend Urban Mill for the high quality of their products and service.
