I had the pleasure of a week in an incredible villa in Portugal. The villa itself was perfection - beautifully clean and comfortable, quiet and idyllic - and the service of staff at every moment was exceptional. From Ginnie herself, who is utterly dedicated to making your holiday all you need it to be, to the driver she booked and the villa staff. If you’re looking for personal, professional service in a world of detached customer service, then The Villa Agency is for you.

Lovely villa.
Wasn’t very well looked after though by house keeping team.
Sofa covers needed washing. So did cushions for chairs and cushions for swimming pool chairs.
Outside shower didn’t work and downstairs bathroom shower was blocked.
There was some issues between the villa agency and the owner, and communication between the two needs improving. As the guests receive different messages.

Returned to the villa agency after a good few years absence and they are still an outstanding company to deal with.
The villa was beautiful and we will be returning.Thank you to all concerned with the company home and abroad

We had a fantastic holiday in Portugal. The villa and gardens were gorgeous, a real home from home and met our every need. We highly recommend the Villa Agency who were so helpful and quick to respond to every enquiry we made. All in all a really great experience from start to finish, thank you The Villa Agency! Fantastic villa, with everything you could need for a holiday.
We were 3 couples and we all had ensuite bathrooms which had recently been renovated.
And Felizmina looked after us the whole week.

My family have always enjoyed holidays to Portugal using the villa agency . But my first experience booking with the villa agency myself, the service was amazing and would highly recommend to anyone and would use again. they really went above and beyond.

I have been booking with the Villa agency for 16 years. The service is always first class. They are excellent communicators and help out with lots of the extras you may need on a holiday.

From when this booking started in 2019 to when it finally departed in 2022 the care and understanding of the team has been superb. Despite 3 years wait due to Covid the property more than exceeded expectations. So much extra work but all done in a professional manner. Thank you.

We were really struggling to find a villa that ticked all the boxes within our budget. Ginnie at The Villa Agency was so helpful, removing the stress and doing all the hard work which made for a really pleasant experience.

Villa Pansy in Vilamoura, surpassed our expectations. Pansy is a complete spoil-spacious, built to a high spec whilst also feeling very homely. The garden is beautiful and we spent most days lazying by the pool, reading, playing darts and enjoying the peace and quiet and frequent bird visitors to the garden.

We chose not to rent a car. There is a Spar (less than 10 minutes walk away) which we visited most days for fresh meat , fruit and baked pastries. We enjoyed a lovely meal at the Indian restaurant in the same complex and If you want to explore further afield, the marina is a €8 trip away with lots of eateries.

Despite an issue with the air conditioning, which was sorted in a timely manner by The Villa Agency , we had an amazing holiday and would have no reservations using The Villa Agency for another holiday in the future.

We would also highly recommend the driver, Viktor ,who collected us from Faro airport who was a complete gem!

We have been using The Villa Agency since 2001 when we first went on a Villa holiday to Portugal. We have never had anything but a positive experience and Ginnie and her team go out of their way to help make this happen. This year we are using them for three Villa holidays and we have now taken two of these. They allowed us to check in a day early to a Villa where there was nobody staying that week and also allowed us early access to both villas (11am rather than 4pm). We have now stayed in around 15 villas and not one has been less than a great experience, highlighting that they do not represent any poor properties. We never even look at any other Villa operator when choosing our next summer holiday in Portugal.

Excellent service from Ginny and her team. I've booked 2 villas with her this year and both have exceeded clients' expectations! Will be using the Villa Agency again for sure.
