We used Vintage Red Bus Comppany to transport our guests from wedding ceremony to reception in March.
The whole process was easy from start to finish. Communication at all times was amazing, questions were answered immediately which was exactly what we needed when planning a wedding.
On the day the bus looked amazing. Chris & Adam were both friendly and helfpul and both made the atmosphere on the bus fun and relaxed.
The music from the sound system on board sounded great.
We have had so many comments about how much fun the bus was and what a great idea it was. This was without a doubt due to the prperation & execution of it all by Vintage Red Bus Company. They did everything they could to make sure our guests enjoyed the journey. Cannot thank them enough

Absolutely brilliant Conor was perfect to deal with through the booking all the way through to finalising all the details . And was really enjoyed by us and all our guests providing a perfect way of looking around Oxford in the way to our reception. Highly recommend can only sum up in one word ….. perfect !! Thank you .

A wonderful service from booking to end. Conor was fantastic, easy to deal with and provided all information we asked for. The bus on the day was immaculate, and was decorated so lovely All our guest loved it and had great fun providing them with a brilliant experience, made even better by Conor presenting them with welcome drinks and keeping the guests topped up throughout the journey to the Wedding reception.

Thank you so much to Conor and team for providing the amazing buses for our recent wedding in London.
The whole planning process was so easy, Conor was efficient at replying and we knew we were in safe hands.
We loved that we were able to treat our guests to fizz on the bus and great that the bus team took care of this all for us.
The buses both promptly arrived to collect the guests, were immaculate inside and out, and gave our guests an amazing experience.

I have to say of all the suppliers we used for our wedding, your company was the most organised, professional, accommodating and quick to reply. If we ever have a need for such a vehicle again (sadly, unlikely!!) there’s no doubt who we’d choose!

Eric our driver and Elizabeth our conductor were a great team, getting everyone on board nice and quickly and helping with drinks etc. We had so much fun everyone said they wanted the journey to be longer!!

We hired the Vintage Red Bus Company for our London wedding in February and were very happy with the service we received from Conor and the rest of the team.

We found email communication with the company to be so helpful and attentive and made the booking process super easy and straightforward, which we were really grateful for. The clear and helpful communication also meant we had full trust in the team to be where they said they would at the right time, which is a blessing when organising a wedding. They also allow you to provide your own alcohol for guests which we sent to the depot ahead of the wedding day, the team then helped serve to our guests and sorted all clear up afterwards.

We also heard from all our guests on the day of the wedding, that the service on the bus was really friendly and they all had such a great time. We highly recommend using The Vintage Red Bus Company for weddings!

We had a great experience using The Vintage Red Bus Company for our wedding! The team were really responsive and helpful in answering our questions, it was easy to coordinate with them in the run up to arrange the logistics (including delivering fizz & glasses for them to bring chilled on the day) and the team were flexible about timings to allow plenty of time for photos etc. Would highly recommend them!

Excellent company, booking smooth & flawless. Bus was clean & exceptionally decorated. The driver & conductor were dressed appropriately & smart, they were friendly & professional. Everyone thought the experience was great, all in one place, no stragglers. I would highly recommend.

Hired a vintage bus for our wedding and I cannot recommend enough. Not only was the customer service excellent from start to finish, they always replied swiftly and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and in control. The bus experience itself was incredible, it was decorated beautifully, the photos with it our gorgeous and the bus driver and conductor made everything so special. I thought it was a great and competitive price too. Highly recommend.

What an incredible service and experience. Neil Timberlake and Keith Butcher provided the most outstanding care on the day. We got married at Camden Town hall and had the journey to Farringdon for our reception. The bridal party had a long delay - Neil and Keith were so accommodating and offered to wait for as long as it takes to make sure we could still utilise the bus! It was there in good time and the guests absolutely loved it. We got some lovely photos too! Truly perfect and the tickets are a fab touch. I was worried we might be cold as it’s partially open but we weren’t at all - all warm and toasty and guests loved this New Year’s Eve trip for wedding! Also a big thank you to Connor for all the communication - so responsive. This service was all round 10/10!

The Vintage Red Bus company were superb on our wedding day. They provided 2 impeccably decorated Routemaster Buses and delivered all our guests from the Church to the Wedding avenue in a swift and timely manner. Highly recommended!

From the 1st email with Conor to the last picture taken with the bride and groom everything was amazing. The bus arrived on time and the crew were so helpful and friendly. The bus was decorated lovely. We were allowed drinks on board and we played music through the pa system. It was the best way to travel to a wedding. I cant recommend them enough they were fantastic.

My wife and I hired The Vintage Red Bus Company for travel on our wedding day and we're so glad we did! All the guests loved it as did we, and the company were extremely accomodating with our requests such as having drinks on the bus. Was a lot of fun and we'd recommend to anyone!

The Vintage Red Bus Company were absolutely fantastic - from answering all our queries throughout the booking process through to providing an amazing service for our wedding guests. Our guest loved the tour around Central London whilst sipping Prosecco! Can't recommend enough!

We hired two vintage buses to take wedding guests to the reception from the church. The company was very easy to deal with, replying promptly and making the organisation very smooth! The buses seemed expensive initially but it was well worth the money. Our guests loved the ride in the buses. They were spacious and a really fun way to travel! They were on time and friendly.

Had a bus hire in Windsor for my recent wedding.
Communication was fab, the added touches of choosing the colour ribbons, flowers and personalising the screen on the front of the bus was amazing (which we got to keep!)

I didn’t go on the bus myself as the bride but my guests really enjoyed their trip, was a highlight and was told the driver and conductor were lovely.

The bus even waited for myself and my husband to arrive to have some videos and photos with.

We used the VRB company to get our guests from our Church wedding service to the reception - and they went above and beyond. They made the cutest bus tickets for passengers, and ensured everyone was well-hydrated by giving out cold Pimms and lemonade on one of the hottest days of the year. The team was professional and easy to work with throughout the planning process, and we would recommend highly to anyone after beautiful transport that does not compromise on quality.
