We used The Vintage Red Bus Company for our wedding in August 2021 and they were brilliant from start to finish. We had 2 of the buses to transport guests from church to venue and they were an absolute highlight - all the guests said how much they loved them! Neil was great and very helpful. Thank you again!

Really happy we decided to book the vintage red bus co. for our wedding day. Neil and Connor were both fantastic on the day and all our guests really enjoyed it. We were able to play our own playlist through the sound systems and after putting down a refundable food and drink deposit we were allowed to provide our guests with a couple of glasses of Prosecco for the trip to the reception. The photos we have with the bus are just amazing, it really did add something special to our day and I think they are really reasonably priced. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company

The bus was a excellent addition to our wedding for all our guests especially as we only organised a few weeks before! James and Belle were brilliant especially to navigate a very busy street with the school pick up! Such a wonderful way to start our day of celebration. Would highly recommend.

Neil provided a fantastic service for our end of year 6 Prom! It really was a truly wonderful way to enhance the celebrations after a year of Covid disappointments. The kids absolutely loved the bus and the mini tour from school to venue. Was easy to book and confirm details, and we have some great photos in front of the bus in all its splendour - a magical memory.

Neil and his team were first class from start to finish. The Big Red Bus was a major contributor to a very special day.

We are over the moon with our experience with the Vintage Red Bus Company. Not only did they provide excellent service in the lead up to our event (great communication, understanding, and constantly going above and beyond to help), they truly made our wedding day unforgettable. Our driver was early, helpful, and constantly accommodating. From taking the right road so we excited on the right side of the street to letting us take pictures in the driving seat, we couldn't have asked for a more fun experience. Weddings during lockdown are difficult but the Vintage Red Bus Company were so accommodating of the constant changes of plan helping to make it a really special and memorable event. All the guests loved it!

Fantastic communication with Neil throughout our wedding planning experience. Following the announcement of Covid-19 lockdown number 2 we opted to move our wedding forward 5 days. Neil without hesitation accommodated us on our new date.

Social distancing for 15 wasn't a problem and everyone enjoyed the experience. Neil even managed to get our new date printed in time (with 2 days notice!) for the personalised bus tickets. Would highly recommend and use again. Thank you Neil.

I honestly could not recommend Neil and his bus company more!!! Since February Neil has been the most attentive, flexible and personal company I have ever had the pleasure of using. Due to covid we had to cancel our first wedding the day before and Neil was so incredibly understanding and kind about re-booking. We were lucky enough to get married last week and Neil absolutely made the day! We had to cancel our evening party due to the restrictions but everyone wholeheartedly agreed that the bus was so much fun that it completely made up for it! The kids and the adults loved the bus with its stunning interior and exterior and fun party vibes! Neil didn't make us feel rushed at all and made loads of great suggestions to get the best pictures and get the most out of the bus experience! I can't speak highly enough of this service! Thank-you Neil!

Excellent Service -

Communications: Consistently answered all of my (annoying!) questions in a timely fashion. Neil was a legend and as I got a bit nervous closer to the day he was there to keep me calm :)

Timeliness: I had 2 red buses (small and large) and both were on time for multiple pick ups and drop offs throughout the day!

Service: Superb. Was so flexible allowing us to take photos, have G&Ts on the bus with snacks, any music we wanted and did multiple pick ups for us.

I love this company and can recommend to anyone!!!!!!

Neil and his team Chris, Cathy, Phil and Roger were brilliant. We needed two vintage routemasters to take the wedding guests from the centre of Oxford to Little Wittenham. They had to contend with dreadful road works that resulted in Oxford being gridlocked but they were on time. Then Floods at Clifton Hampden and the church being at the end of a small road with parked cars and low hanging trees. Navigated with great skill. Totally professional, reliable and wanting us guests all to have a great day - what more could you want?

We had a great experience for a large group day hire driving round the Oxfordshire countryside. Communication was great in the lead up to the date, and on the day the bus arrived early and allowed guests on to claim their seats. The Crew were absolutely wonderful the whole way round, very smartly dressed, very helpful and good humoured.

The bus looked gorgeous, clean, arrived early, friendly team, great communication throughout the booking process... you couldn't ask for more! Highly recommend.

Just fantastic from first contact to the day itself: efficient, courteous, helpful service and a unique experience offered. Everything was exactly as agreed and the bus (we had single decker) looked even better than I imagined, inside and out. Such a special way to transport our guests. Everyone loved it. We had restricted space for turning at the pick-up/drop-off point and Neil was brilliant at managing this.

As we came out of the church the bus looked incredible, and all the additional décor of the flowers, the blinds with our names on made really added to the occasion.
Both the driver and conductor (Chris and Cathy) were really patient whilst we got all of the photos at the church and at the venue, and we loved being able to have drinks on the bus to be able to get the party started!

We want to say a huge thank you to Neil, Beverley and the Vintage Red Bus Company for being so amazing and adding that extra special touch to our wedding day! The bus was beautiful, our guests absolutely loved it! It was also great that we were able to provide our guests with drinks on the way back to the venue after Church that the bus driver had kept cool. Fab service and really reasonable price to hire too. This company made my wife cry with sadness on her wedding day. We booked this company on 1st June 2019 for a church to reception trip. Apart from the poorly dressed driver and the conductor with very little to say and no real willingness to help when I asked how many spare seats were left - the bus arrived at our reception venue, waited 35 minutes and then left without asking before we had the opportunity to take photographs, even though we had confirmed contact telephone numbers for the best man and bridesmaid. It meant we paid over £600 for a glorified taxi and have absolutely no photographic evidence of the bride and groom standing on/with/anywhere near the bus on our big day - but at least the staff got a nice early finish! We complained, were offered a less than 10% refund (which in itself is an admission of poor service) and I'm now speaking to a solicitor around their breach of contract. Dont put yourself through the same pain and book with a reputable firm that would look after their customers.

I am a wedding planner and organised a bus for my clients for a tour of London.
Many messages between myself and the ever helpful Beverley were made, Neil our bus driver was fantastic with his route planning and Cathy the conductor was fab.
I cannot recommend The Vintage Red Bus Company enough, I will certainly be using them again and will recommend them to my clients
