Sadly we were really disappointed by our experience with this company. We had agreed to use them to provide transportation for our wedding, which involved two trips and tickets being issued to our guests. Sadly we only got one trip, with more than 90 guests being shoved onto a double decker bus with capacity for only 70. We felt our guests were put at risk. Additionally we didn’t receive any of the tickets that were meant to be handed to our guests. On complaining, the company admitted they had not delivered to contract, but refused to offer any refund of the total cost. Sadly we would suggest avoiding and finding a company that provides the service promised.

From start to finish this company was the epitomy of professionalism. After deciding to book them the paperwork arrived in good time, it was clear and professional and gave the immediate impression that there would be no stress involved throughout the process. Invoices sent, deposits paid, receipts provided. Just brilliant.
On the day the buses were waiting at the church before the ceremony and they were immaculate! They took a 120 guests across London to the reception without a hiccup. The guests loved them and had nothing but praise for the staff.

We used Vintage Red Bus company for our wedding transport between our ceremony and reception venue. With our ceremony being in Twickenham and the rugby final ending up falling on the day of our wedding, we were nervous about the bus making it on time but we needn't have worried - it was ready waiting for us. The bus was perfect, and James and Adam (our driver and conductor) were both fantastic. Our guests loved it!

What can I say I absolutely love this company They were brilliant they’re so helpful and friendly and the bus driver was lovely and so patient with 22 16-year-olds going to there prom, as you can imagine the kids are so excited and the bus driver Neil just took it all in his stride even the parents got excited too got lots of lovely photos great memories to be had for 16-year-olds for their prom they arrived in style. Will be definitely recommend in this company again and using them again so thankful to have found them even I got some brownie points from the parents😊 Thank you so much.

What a lovely company! We used them for our wedding and didn't expect a bus company to be so easy to work with and get hold of. They were well priced, on time, the driver was the loveliest man letting guests and bride and groom take pictures in the cab. They even sent us the personalised blind for free post wedding. Would whole heartedly recommend.

Cannot express how fantastic this company have been. I booked the vintage red double decker bus for my sons Prom, they turned up in plenty of time for photos beforehand and was happy with the timings on getting the kids to the Prom on time. I would definitely book them again. Thank you so much 😊

Booked for Wedding in May 2022. Every time we contacted the team, they were so helpful with questions and our Wedding day went seamlessly.
They fantastically got all of our guests to the Church and back – despite an accident which held up the traffic, the driver was able to re-route and get there still without any delay!
The personalised tickets went down fantastically with our guests, that was such a great touch. The personalised signs, flowers and ribbons looked great too. Everyone enjoyed being able to sing along to the music too. Would 100% recommend.

We hired a vintage red bus to transport our guests between the church and venue on our wedding day for an added bit of fun! The bus was absolutely stunning and was dressed up with ribbons and flowers inside and out! The team also customised some banners and bus tickets with our names and wedding date on which was a lovely touch.

On the lead up to our wedding the team sent us a schedule which was super helpful. We provided some drinks and food for guests which the team were happy to serve on board. Lastly they hung around afterwards so we could capture some photos with the bus.

I can’t recommend this company enough for all they did for our wedding!

We hired the single decker to transport our guests from Marylebone registry office to the southbank area. What an amazing experience! I would 100% recommend the vintage red bus company to anyone looking for an amazing bus experience as part of an event. Having done extensive reviewing of a number of similar companies, the VRBC was by far the most competitively priced, absolutely lovely to speak to and communicate with, and very accommodating.

We were able to send champagne for a first toast to the bus depot and it arrived in the bus chilled in ice (no other company we spoke to offered this). The personalised blind and little tickets were included in the price (most others have this as additional cost). Our driver Neil was absolutely fantastic (thanks Neil!), taking us on a sightseeing tour of London with a stop off for photos with the bus. James and Belle in the offices were responsive and lovely to speak to and quick to reply on email.

The bus itself was immaculate, with a ribbon and decorated with flowers inside. Our guests absolutely loved it. If you are wondering whether to hire a bus, or whether to use this company, just book it!!

I hired a routemaster bus a surprise for my husbands 40th birthday in November. Our family and friends were taken from our house into London for a drive around to see the christmas lights and back home again. It was amazing everyone had a brilliant time and are still talking about it now. The team were so friendly accommodating and welcoming. The bus was wonderful and decorated beautifully. My husband was thrilled. I would highly recommend! Thank you for helping me pull this off!

We used the Vintage Red Bus Company for our wedding recently, and it was one of the highlights of the day! We loved the look on our guests faces as the bus pulled up with our names on the front and the staff were attentive and helpful throughout the trip. Good value compared to other vintage bus companies and the communication and helpfulness in the build up and then on the day was excellent. They'd thought of everything too!

We used The Vintage Red Bus company for our wedding recently and couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Communication throughout was excellent. On the day, we had kept our bus a surprise and all our guests loved it! All the little touches made it really special - the tickets, the decorations, the names on the front of the bus. It was also really lovely that we had the option to keep our names from the front of the bus. Highly recommend!

We loved our bus. We used it to get the Bridal party to the ceremony and then all of our guests back to our reception venue! It was great fun and we got tons of compliments and lovely photos. The team was very helpful, flexible and easy to work with.

We booked the single deck vintage bus to transport our wedding guests from our South London registry office to the Central London reception venue and what an incredible experience it was. The service Neil provided from my first email to the day was faultless. The bus itself was beautifully decorated, the sound system was great and it was wonderful to be able to have glasses of bubbles on board! Neil was so flexible with the pick up locations and came to our house before the ceremony for the drinks to be loaded. He was waiting for us at the allotted pick up time and was so patient as we got all our photographs taken. I wasn’t expecting the transport part of the day to be such an “event” and we are so pleased we found Neil and his company! We hired a bus from this company and were absolutely thrilled with the presentation of RM883 provided, and the professionalism of the two crew members that accompanied the vehicle. The bus conveyed wedding guests to the church in Palmers Green on the occasion of my niece, Rachel, and her marriage to Kel. We were then transported back to the reception venue at Essendon Manor, and all who travelled on the bus expressed their complete satisfaction with the experience.
