Waited 3 months for an item, they gave me a $10 store credit for the inconvenience. Once I got the item, it was not as shown on the website. They're having me pay for the return label. The customer service communication has been quite lackluster as well. I love the collection of products they have in many ways, but this experience makes me never want to buy from them again.

Terrible experience. The sizing guide they give when purchasing is totally different than what they send you later. They say it is "custom made" but you can't give exact measurements... you have to fit within their own sizing. Also, when they said it was going to take another 20 days after it had already been two weeks (due to being "custom") they refused to refund me when the items wouldn't be here in time and apparently wouldn't be the correct size due to the different sizing guide.

Then all of a sudden the day after I told them I had gotten my credit card company involved the "custom" corsets that had not yet been made miraculously shipped.

I strongly suggest you use another company.

You never sent me my shelves and after I called you still didn't send them or try to contact me about where they were.

You took months, MONTHS after the date you told me I would get my items and when I tried to reach out and cancel them THREE TIMES I was ignored. Worst experience ever. I will not be shopping with you ever again.

Swift despatch and good communication which was comforting during these trying times where things are moving at a different pace.

I purchased this over a month ago and it never has arrived. This is the 2nd time I've had issues with purchasing from violet vixen and it took forever the 1st time.

I finally recieved my product and the actual purse I recieved was way bigger than I thought it was going to be. Its really nice and I do like it
Alot. When I did recieve it, it was flattened so I've had to stuff it to try to make it sit the way it should be. I will say the purses I have gotten from violet vixen are nicely made just take extra long to recieve. I originally gave 1 star but put to 3 only because it was flattened which makes it not sit right. Ill continue to try to "fluff" it out so I can use it.

So far I am very displeased. I place 2 orders 2 or 3 days apart. Both items are in stock according to their website but the second item has been "shipped" but in actuality it is still waiting to go to the post office. They just created a label. The first item is still sitting as order placed. I tried to contact them but as of yet haven't heard anything. The chat feature said will reply withing a couple of hours, I sent the message at 9 am it is now almost 9 pm and the top of the chat bar said they are now unavailable until 11 am the next day. I am hoping to be able to change this from one star but that all depends on them.

I’ve been struggling with the business since April about getting my product I paid for. The fact that it’s “impossible” to give refunds for products that are on back order is ridiculous.

Slow. Bad with communication. Never received order.

Made a order was charged and waited for 3 Weeks before I stared questioning where my order was going to be shipped. Customer service phone is never answered it just exists. Managed to get a email out was told they will look into it and get back to me. Waited a day and received zero replies. Asked again the following day got a "well I reached out to shipping but they are really bad about calling back". And so I tried again to ask about the order the next day. This time no one replied. I asked for a refund. No replies. I reached out on fb. Was told no refunds and that my order will ship in 2 weeks. My partner started blasting them on any social media site they could. Then MAGICALLY we got all the info we needed. I waited nearly 2 weeks to even GET A ANSWER about my order not just receive it. If it weren't for my partner bad mouthing them I probably would be out 32 bucks with nothing to show for it.

Items received very quickly! Everything was exactly as ordered and in great condition! Always great service from Violet Vixen!

Took awhile to get it, which I understand cause of covid-19. But I'm happy with it,going to use it when my husband does reenactments.

I ordered a corset 4 months ago. And not received it yet.. They will not respond to any communication i send them..

I ordered on 11/14 and STILL don’t have my package. Despite Covid this is unacceptable.
Never again will I order from this company.

awful. worst customer service and even worse service itself. took several months to get one of my items, and they sold me an item that was out of stock. the one item i did receive was being resold for a higher price than the retailer it came from, and i would've got it faster had i ordered it directly from that site. never ordering from this website again.

My young niece loves lots of colors. These are going to be perfect for her. Not for plus sizes but the sleeves and fringe are fun and will make a young lady feel very happy this Xmas season. Delivery came quickly.

There was a delay in receiving my order (which is completely understandable with covid going on), and Magenta with customer service was very prompt, thorough, and friendly in responding to my email. I am very pleased with the items I ordered, they are high quality and I am likely to order again in the future!

During my first order I bought a pair of pants which suddenly became unavailable after my payment went through.
I received store credit for those pants but during the second order I waited about 2 months which I understand because of covid. But my shorts do not fit.

Ordered a $72 purse 6 MONTHS AGO. And have yet to receive it. They refused to refund me and consistently lie every time I’ve reached out about a tracking update, saying the order should be in this upcoming week. I’ve heard it about 7 different times already. This company is a complete scam. And all Alternative/ gothic individuals should look elsewhere for better attire and accessories.
