After over a month my order finally shipped , when it arrived was missing a link that holds two pieces together . Don't want the hassle of dealing with vv again so gonna fix it myself hopefully.

This is such a great website! If I ever have any questions there’s always a chat there to ask. They are quick to answer. I love the clearance sales especially. The corsets are gorgeous and well-made!

Love the product. But it took a long time to get here. Like months. I honestly thought it was forgotten about for awhile there. Overall, not a big deal and glad it came in.

Ordered something in October. Recieved in December (was popular item apparently). When I recieved it, it was damaged. I was told I need to file a claim with USPS. USPS said I needed the insurance information from the sender. I have been emailing them for weeks. Nothing. The only emails I get are emails asking me to review them. So here's my review. Customer service just isn't great.

Quality products but it does take a while to ship. Around two months on average. Also, I started ordering the brands they carry directly from the companies when possible because there is a considerable markup. I might use them for shoes but that’s about it.

It took two months to get here! And when I finally got my orders I of the earring that goes inside the ear was mishaped! The jewelry is beautiful but that's ridiculous! I literally ordered it on October 17th and got it December 30th!

Ordered my wife a pair of boots in October and did not receive them till after Xmas. That said, she loved them. This is not the first time I have had huge delays in receiving product but have always been satisfied when they arrived.

Will be purchasing more in the future I am sure.

The company took over 2 months to deliver my package, then when it got here, the corset I ordered was the wrong color. They would not allow me to return it or get a refund even though I made it clear that I was unsatisfied.

All of the items I ordered were neatly packaged, exactly what I ordered and shipped quickly. I am very pleased that I chose to shop at The Violet Vixen. Thank you!

Placed an order, got an order confirmation email. Waited almost a month with ZERO updates. Contacted VV asking where my order was and a few hours later, out of nowhere, got a shipping confirmation email. No reply email to my question, explaining what happened as to why it took so long or any sort of contact from the site. Also did not receive anything back towards my shipping that I paid for. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will NOT be coming to again or recommending this site to anyone, ever.

One hat I ordered was perfect. The other doesn't look like the one listed on the website.

Shipping time took over 2 months, this is completely unacceptable.

We had some issues with my order but the folks at Violet vixen went above and beyond to fix my order and get my stuff out to me, even if it took longer than planned.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. I purchased 3 items on the 7th of November. On the 24th of November I reached out to ask about the shipment and got an apology that they were working to get the items sent. I emailed again today (December 29th) and was told they STILL don't have any updates. I then told them to cancel my order and refund me......I got this in reply:

"We appreciate and value your business, however, due to the nature of our business with made-to-order items, we cannot cancel orders after 24 hours of placement."

1. I did not custom order anything...items ordered were standard sizes.

2. There was no indication that products would take 2 months or more (still not received) to even be shipped.

3. And seriously?!?!?! I can't cancel an order after 24 hours, but you can take MONTHS to be able to tell me you have no updates on my order?!?!

COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!!! Steer clear of this "company"

I received a email that my granddaughter gift would be shipped out December 15, this is the 23!!!! No boots which means no gift for her tomorrow! Will never order from your company again!

Boots came in great condition. Only complaint would be it took a long time to ship
