I ordered three corsets back in April of 2020, still haven’t received them. I tried messaging them in social media, their website and even called their telephone number and have not received any response. I’m filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Don’t order from this company!!

took 2 months to get bag and communication was spotty at best. Sorry but wont be ordering again.

Quality was the best of anything I ordered. This took some real talent. Very happy with the product and everything was made to specs. Delivery time was good considering what the mailing situation is like in my country. All in all i would recommend this to anyone looking for high quality corsets.

They will NOT deliver nor ship your order in time. Unless you originally expected it to take about 4 months just for the shipping.
If you're wondering how I know, well I placed an order for Demonias way back in 2020. It still hasn't been shipped and they're currently ignoring all contact. I'm gonna talk it out with my bank but if you're ever actually willing to shop from there, you best be using paypal. You will want a refund fairly quickly.
PLEASE REPORT THEM IF YOU CAN TO THE BBB AND OTHER. I'm french so it's nothing short of useless for me. However, you American peeps should definitely help get rid of them. Or stir up some lawsuit. That is the only thing they deserve.

Placed my order mid-October, paid for express manufacturing and shipping. Received my order this week, first week of February. I was able to get information on my order up until mid-November, then nothing. I attempted to call them, sent multiple emails and messages via social media, heard absolutely nothing. Gave up trying and was actually in the process of disputing the charge with the bank when the order came in. I wanted to shop locally (Austin) when I ordered this, but never again will I go to Violet Vixen.

I ordered a couple pairs of shorts in summer of 2020. It took nearly FOUR months to receive the items. They blamed it on COVID. I know order fulfillment & shipping was delayed but I receiving orders from other companies with zero issues. They assured me the order would come. When it finally did, one of the items was incorrect. They offered to replace the item with something else. I was not thrilled of waiting another 4 months so I requested a refund and I would send the item back. They told me to keep the item anyway because of all the trouble and said (after going back and forth with them for around SIX freaking months) that I would receive a refund in 7-10 business days. That was a month ago (and, now, almost 8 months since when I ordered). They have not issued the refund and now they will not respond to any of my messages. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are overpriced and have the absolute worst customer service. They make you think they are professionals when all they ae doing is allowing more time to pass so you can't dispute the charge with your bank. Save yourself the hassle and shop from the companies they purchase from.

My wife loved the corset. Our only complaint is that the filler panel in the back seems to have been attached at the wrong location so it doesn't fill in behind the laces completely. Like by almost half the distance. Luckily enough my wife can attach an added panel to make up for this.
This is the second corset we've gotten and we will get more more from Violet Vixen in the future.

Love the hair clips. Shipping took a very long time, but was worth the wait!

It took almost 5 months for my order to ship and everything I tried to contact someone about my order it took days to several weeks for a response. When I asked my order to be canceled I got no response

I hate leaving negative reviews but this is deserved. I ordered from them in November 2020. I waited 2 months and go no response to emails or phone calls (I called during business hours, too). I finally had to get PayPal involved in order to get my money back. Please buy with caution.

SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE (AND LOST MONEY) Do not shop this site.

I'm extremely disheartened to say this because this is a TX based company and i'm a born and raised texan.

I made an order on 11/27/20 aka black friday. By 12/12 i realized that i had not recieved a single update from the site about the status of my order which contained Christmas gifts. I emailed customer service and it took a couple days but they DID respond, however never resolved anything and eventually stopped responding.

After Christmas I told them i was going to dispute the charge with my bank and then I did, and magically I had a tracking number for my package. Of the 3 items I ordered, only 2 arrived. My last item (the highest price point) is the one still missing, of course.

I had to email again and was told "oh, yes, looks like the vendor forgot to include it". I was told it would be corrected but then didn't hear from them for over a week, I asked one more time and was told the delays are due to covid, which at this point is total BS.

So I made the order 11/27/20 and it's now 1/21/21 and i'm still missing an item from my order. Obviously at this point i'm not expecting to recieve it.

I asked for a partial refund on the item I never received and was told no.

This business should be ashamed of itself.

I ordered from Japan during the pandemic and got my items FROM JAPAN faster then from the violet vixen (and with nothing missing), so I know their excuses of blaming this om covid are not valid and they are thieves.

One star is too kind. Customer service was rude and unhelpful when needing assistance with shipping info. It took over 4 months to get 1 item, with no updates leaving me feeling like it was a scam.

I ordered this for an event, 3 months ago, which since I just got this week means I couldn't wear it.

Their communication was so poor I filed a report with the better business bureau regarding this issue.

And to top it off, no returns. So now I'm stuck with an expensive corset, that doesn't fit and have no function to wear it to.

I will discourage anyone ordering from here... Go elsewhere.

Perhaps if customer service hadn't been rude.... Ignoring 11 contact attempts I wouldn't be such an utter pain on this review.

I ordered early October. My item will arrive today Jan 19th. I was never informed about the delay. I had to reach out multiple times to get any type of idea on what was happening. The only thing I was ever told was it was being made in China and COVID is slowing things down. I sent multiple emails and Facebook messages. I made it clear I needed some sort of update. Never happened unless I reached out. I will soon know if the quality is any good.

This company is horrible. After waiting months for my corset I requested my order be canceled and a refund issued. My request was acknowledged but no refund issued. After 5 months I received my order, a corset. The bodice fit nicely but the cups were under my arms. There is no way to wear it. Repeated attempts to contact this business were futile. I left multiple phone messages, no response. Contacted BBB, they have many complaints about the same problem, but the company does not respond to their attempts to contact them. Doing business with this company is a crapshoot. I would NEVER recommend them.

I ordered 4 small items on Black Friday. All I received was a confirmation email from the company. I reached out 3 times a few weeks later. I knew the pandemic was causing problems, but they did not respond. When I finally got someone to get back to me they were out of stock for an item I had ordered 4 weeks prior. Their solution was to send me something else, not refund or give me a discount code. I still haven't received what they said they would send.

I chose not to put 5 stars down because of the time it took for my item to get to me, but I understand times are tough right now. I appreciated the workers answering me when I asked them why, the response took a bit too so there’s that.

It sucks. Order took 2 months.
