3 weeks to get my incomplete order and ignored by customer service
Took 3 weeks to get my order, which wasn't even complete. I'd complain and ask for a refund if the customer servicee ever spoke to me. Got my money tho.

Ordered two tracksuits coming up 3…
Ordered two tracksuits coming up 3 weeks ago, paid for 3-4 delivery. Had to chase my delivery to find out it hadn't even been sent to royal mail until 2 days ago. Asked for a refund on the delivery and was told sorry there was no way of getting a refund back to me. Will not be wasiting my time again ordering from this company.
Not going to lie though, tracksuits do fit nice

I ordered the ultimate mystery clothing bundle for £100
Very disappointing! Strongly do NOT recommend.
The delivery was over one week late
The quality of the clothing was poor! Very poor!
The amount of items received was disappointing, definitely not over £300 rrp than what was described.
Customer service has been awful, they don't reply toessages for days on end, no call to resolve after multiple requests
I'm taking my complaint to trading standards
BE WARNED OF THIS SITE!
They have also bribed me into leaving a 5 star review!!! That won't be happening!!!
