Please, please do no buy from these utter scammers. I made the mistake of not checking reviews prior to ordering and got ripped off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?!?!?

Do Not buy from these the watch is rubbish and doesn't work, I have contacted them six or seven times regarding the watch I bought for myself for Xmas which doesn't work and I have had nothing back them at all don't waste your time or your money. you’ve been warned.

Rip off scam!! You will not receive your order but they will take your money. You will not receive any replies to emails and phone number is nonexistent as is the tracking number they may send you!

i ordered a watch 4 months ago and never got it BUT they did take my money. no reply from emails, no reply from there customers service and the number on the site is dead!

raised the issue with my bank!

Awful company, avoid at all costs. Bought a watch as a Christmas present, it’s not the same watch that I purchased. I’ve been contacting them since Boxing Day to ask how to return. I have sent numerous emails and never received a reply. Please do yourself a favour and don’t order anything from the watch direct!

I ordered a wireless charger listed as compatible with iPhone and Apple watch. On arrival the box only showed Samsung compatibility, it does not work with iPhone. No response to email or form on website, listed phone number out of service. Seems I've been scammed, AVOID.

Order watch for Christmas present and was faulty so have tried to contact to return. They ignore any messages!!! DO NOT ORDER OR USE THIS COMPANY!!! Faulty products and no communication!!! AVOID!!!

Ordered a watch for my daughter mid December. Still no watch.

Emailed them 5 times and used the link on their help button on the web site AND when you call the number it says ‘number not recognised’!! They say they’ll get back in 3 days!! It’s been a month!!!

They are clearly not trading.

Do not use them. I’m seeking support to get this sorted now.

UPDATE:

I’m pleased to say I have reported them to my Bank and they have given me a refund whilst they investigate this as fraud.

I’ve purchased a smartphone for my son on the 14th December (purchase number 3504),it was delivered 4 weeks later, after claiming it, but the item received was a wrong one! I’ve contacted them just received and I’m still waiting instructions on how to return the item and get a refund or an exchange.
Very disappointed. Avoid buying from this website!

Bought a kidsafe "gps" smart watch from these k%ob heads.

NO TRACKING APP FINDS IT.
IT CAN'T CONNECT TO THE INTERNET.
IT CAN'T SEND MESSAGES.
IT DOESN'T SAVE PICTURES.
IT DOESN'T SAVE PHONE NUMBERS.

It does make and receive calls but my son has to write numbers down to be able to ring anyone.
I had 1 email back about helping with it but nothing else. 🤬

Watch ordered on Dec 4th, still not received, multiple emails sent to customer service with no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

I ordered and payed for a watch from this dreadful company on December 5th 2020 which has never arrived, Have sent several emails and had no response

Please do not order from this scam company, why are they being allowed to continue trading.

Ordered my watch in December 2020. Still not received it.
I've sent numerous emails without a reply. No customer service. I'm still trying to get a response. Useless website. DONT BUY.

If there was a 'minus' rating I would choose that option. The watch arrived late. It is not working. I have emailed the company many times to seek refund and return the watch. Nobody replies to my emails or the phone number I have found online. Don't know what else to do.....such an embarasing moment as well since the watch was a gift....
Don't buy from this provider, very disappointed...

Watch came was like a toy watch doesn’t switch on or work does absolutely nothing! Got in touch via the dodgy email as the mobile number on the website doesn’t work had one reply back after a week saying the delay was due to the holidays but the content of the email had no resolution to the issue. Emailed again serval time with no reply had to go through my bank to start a payment dispute to get my money back so frustrating that this can still happen this day and age seems anyone can set up a dodgy website and just take your money!

Paid for a watch express delivery it finally came a month later only for us to realise we could have got the same watch half the price elsewhere.
Contacted for a refund address and was told they need a picture of the item before I send it back I relied stating it is packaged and ready to be returned so no picture and told them of my rights to return if I change my mind. There is a address in reading but says to return there if undelivered. Fingers crossed credit card company can deal with it for us as these people that call themsleves a company are nothing but scammers. Thought it was a decent site wish id have checked reviews before hand LESSON LEARNT

I ordered two fitness trackers for my children's Christmas Present.

The watches took a while to arrive and they do not pair with the app. The app has terrible reviews.

This company has fraudently set up their website for everyone to believe it is a UK company.

Email address and the UK mobile phone which is fake and does not work.

This company did reply to my email to return these items with an address in CHINA!!!!!! Fuming to say tge least. I posted these back costing me over £11 to return them.

They now not will respond to my emails so double win for them as not only do they have my money but they have the returned watches.

I hace informed them I am reporting them to trading standards and will get a refund via my bank.

Disgusted that they are taking such advantage of people. FRAUD
