order made (for £60) and watch was received quickly in december 2020. wanted to return the watch as not what was expected, they sent us an address in China to return to. when i asked for a UK address no response received. do not use this company - order number #3789

I paid for a watch on December16,2020. They sent email since December 22,2020,order number #3346 dispatched, never delivered. Their tracking number and the contact number on their website are fake I sent several emails and no response.
I pray that God should help me touch their heart to refund my money and to stop dupping innocent people. They don't deserve any star but unfortunately ,no zero option.

This company will take your money and never respond and you will never receive the products.

Ordered 2 x 3 in1 Qi FastvWireless Smart Station Dock's on Thursday 18th December.
Took my money straight away but never recieved the items...
Sent numerous emails all with no response.
The mobile number is out of service, fortunately the credit card company will refund me and take it up with them.
Avoid buying from these people

Purchased a 3 in 1 charger which is not fit for purpose, as one of the charging ports is completely damaged........purchased this as a Xmas gift. Have sent three emails with no response.........now on reading previous reviews I realise I’m very unlikely to receive a response. Phone number is not recognised - shambolic service from a company who’s intention is to completely scam the customer. Like other reviews it was a rushed purchase & I did not fully verify authenticity of this company. An expensive mistake on my part - I am now having to replace this item at my own expense. DO NOT purchase anything from this company as they are clearly not a reputable company. I am registering a dispute case with my credit card company!

To be fair. I left a review yesterday titled Dreadful. But today I received the item. It does work ...so far but the app to pair it to the phone states that once paired it crashes . So I am using it unpaired. In conclusion, they do deliver , eventually , a month late. Customer service is awful still no replies but at least I did get a product. Incomplete as it us but still.

Ordered 15th Dec, express delivery. Tracking says delivered - but no order received.
Several emails sent - no response

I ordered a fit bit type watch on 13th December, paid for express delivery and it arrived on 24 Dec. I contacted the Company, and like others who have posted, assumed it was based in UK. It is NOT. I was given an address in CHINA to return the watch and that would cost over £10 (signed for). There is a "return" address in Southall on the packing label. So I sent it thre today. Don't know if I will get my moneyback, but they are not worth the hassle! Glad I paid using Barclaycard so they may help if necessary!

SCAM! I ordered a Fourfit Mini watch for my daughter for Christmas. Had zero correspondence to confirm the order which worried me. About two weeks later I did actually receive a watch, however it is a completely different brand and is of dubious quality. Have emailed numerous times to initiate the returns procedure but had nothing back. Please don't purchase from here.

Think I have been scammed too as I ordered a watch for my son about 10 days ago and have received no email or watch!!!!!!! Sad world we live in.

Same as a lot of other reviews. I ordered 2 charging docks on 10 December but only received 1. Emailed multiple times but haven’t heard anything. Phone number doesn’t exist. Tracking number doesn’t exist. Looks like I’ve lost out on £35. Can I get my money back? Company needs shutting down.

Bought a 3-in-1 charger 14 days ago, no contact from the company, have chased and have nothing from them. Would avoid.

Just a scam .. ordered a smart watch that didn’t come with a wire and useless instructions just to hide the fact it simply does not work

I would not recommend you buy anything from this company, they do not answer when you chase your order and the telephone number given is not recognised.

AVOID FRAUD. Ordered watch that has never arrived. tracking number that is tracking nothing. The customer service telephone number that does not exist and very suspicious email that you will never get reply. Avoid please

Had to give one star in order to write a review. I really, really wish I'd checked the reviews before purchasing. I ordered two smart watches which were supposed to be Christmas presents for my boys. I had thought the company was a UK company, given the web address but it seems they're not which is shady enough!! Nothing has arrived and tracking information is useless and not up to date. Tried ringing the mobile number on the website and it's not in use - have sent an email but they say it will be around 3 business days to respond which is absolutely no use. Link for tracking shows that both watches are in transit, so absolutely no useful information whatsoever. I am extremely doubtful of these positive reviews!! Currently raising a dispute with the credit card company for a refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

I ordered a wireless iphone and airpod charger for my grandson for Christmas. I was told it was shipped on 27 November but still have not received it. Phone number not available and they do not answer emails. Also, I thought I was ordering from UK as the web address is .co.uk. Very underhand! Do not order from these people.

I recently purchased a smart watch after googling and this site popped up which all looked legit. At first I didn't hear anything for 4 days then contacted them on the number on the website which didn't seem to exist then the alarm bells rang but the same day I received a tracking number. I then read all these bad reviews so thought I too had been scammed but luckily enough I kept receiving updates through the after shop app and today I received the watch so I can't really say anything bad the watch direct site.
