I purchased a 3 in 1 multi charger on the 17th of December. I then saw all these bad reviews about this site and feared the worst. Then today I received my product. It works fantastically well and is super slick, I don’t know wether I’ve been lucky or that the site is legit now? I’m so confused, the transaction name on my account even comes up as the watch direct.com. The reason I only give 4 star is I did reach out to their support email explaining that I led heard they were a scam and that the don’t reply to emails, which they haven’t nor did the tracking number I was given work at all. All in all I’m happy i received what I paid for but the customer service is non existent and I already bought a replacement from a legit site for 3 times as much so now I have 2.

I am just wondering if there is no institution that can stop this Web site activity. Why is nobody doing something against scammers? How is possible to leave them without control! I just can not believe what is happening?!!!!!! Guys I think that life is too short and these money you will not take with you after this life, because nobody took anything from this world! I think you should become responsible merchants, you will definitely win much more....

Appalling scam. Took my money, sent me a non-existent tracking number and ignored all emails. Item never received. AVOID.

I’ve been more lucky one. I ordered my item on the 6th of December and got confirmation order from US number that the item has now been shipped. At that time I couldn't find any reviews until last few days i found some here. Because all of these were negative as welll as their The UK number is out of service I contacted my bank to cancel my card and to report potential scam. I had no choice and and ordered another watch from elsewhere but the initial watch purchased through thewatchdirect has arrived today via Royal Mail and I have now ended up with 2 watches. This website is a total scam like other reviews already stated. Beware, looks like you are getting a great deal. You get confirmation of your order then a text to say it has been shipped but no tracking number. Impossible to get in touch with them.

I’ve had a bit more joy than most on here. Ordered my item on The 2nd December and received a tracking number. There was no movement with the tracking so I contacted Royal Mail who said that they were waiting on the package arriving in the uk. They said that the item was likely coming from China or America. I contacted watch direct again to find out where the watch is, still waiting on a reply. I don’t expect to receive it before Christmas if at all.

The watchdirect.co.uk website is just a scam and needs shutting down
I ordered a watch, received the order confirmation email, then nothing.
I contacted the support email twice but still no reply. Do not buy from them.

Made a purchase of two watches on 6th December. Contacted them by email to advise me when my order will arrive. No reply. No tracking number. Just order number given after purchasing. Still waiting, hopefully I get the order! Spent £44 plus shipping.

Same as previous reviews. I’m normally very aware of these fake sites but got caught out for 2 watches. Fake phone number on their site. The number they text from with confirmation is based in California. The shipping number is made up. Would be interested to see what other people’s order number was, same as mine possibly? #2300? I’ve contacted my credit card company and cancelled my card in case my details have been stolen. Absolutely no chance those watches will turn up. Just glad it was only £50!

FRAUD. They do not respond to emails regarding orders, cancellations, or returns. The contact number stated on their website does not work either making it impossible to communicate with this company. Please save your money and time and avoid this company!

I ordered an item from this website as it came up as one of the first suggested on google. Seemed legit - I paid using Apple Pay. I received an order confirmation and the next day confirmation it had been shipped - they even sent the link to track the item using the “shop” app. The item just says shipped and no indication of who it’s been sent with so I can’t even track it with them. They’re ignoring my emails, they have two email addresses (both gmail which is a huge red flag!) and the only contact number is a mobile number (which doesn’t work either by the way!). They’ve ignored all my emails, money gone and I’ve reported them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! I am always super careful when it comes to buying things from websites I’ve not heard of, I let my guard down this once and I massively regret it. I hope I get my money back but it’s looking doubtful. Please please do not buy from this website, you may as well burn your money if you want to buy from this website.
