I could not recommend The Watch Professional highly enough. He was prompt, courteous and eminently affable in our exchanges over email for the repair of my Grandfather's Tissot Seastar Seven (Manual) watch for which Tissot themselves were unable to accommodate.

The watch was finally returned safely in rigid zipped capsule case and has been functioning flawlessly for several months hence.

He did not even prompt me to leave a review, so it is with great respect that I do so now.

I have an Omega Seamaster Watch which was continually stopping despite having a full service 2 years ago. I was reluctant go to the previous people I had dealt with for a service. So I come across The Watch Professional and read up on what they were offering for servicing my watch. It sounded all good so I went ahead to give them a try.
It turned out to be a wonderful experience with a genuine man who knew his stuff. Everything was secure in sending and receiving the watch and I was totally impressed with the service I got from Alex - The Watch Proffessional. I would certainly use him again and recommend him to anyone who has an expensive watch that needs servicing. His prices are good and genuine. Don’t hesitate or think about getting your watch serviced just do it and you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Alex for a great service.

Alex provided a very high quality and friendly service, bringing both my grandfather’s watches back to life in spite of their age (140 yrs combined) and the challenges of their condition, age and scarcity of spares. Alex’s work is leagues above the other watchmakers I’ve tried before. Very much appreciated.

I had neglected my omega seamaster and eventually it’s stopped working. I sent my watch to Alex following an Instagram post of his and the whole process from the assessment through the service to the return of the Watch has Been top drawer. I cannot recommend him enough and he will be my go to for the servicing of all my watches in the future. There really is no reason to go to an official service centre because I cannot imagine the service you get will be any better and it will almost certainly be many times more expensive. My watch was returned in fantastic condition and working as if brand-new.

I have followed the Watch Professional on social media for a while. My Omega Speedmaster started to loose time so i got in touch with Alex.
Alex called me straight away and discussed what he can do. I sent my watch off and the communication has been spot on all the way through.
My watch got delivered back yesterday and all i can say is Wow! It looks like new - i am massively impressed!

The process was quick and painless and Alex kept great communication throughout, the watch has come back in as close to new condition as possible for something that is close to 20 years old. I will definitely be using again!
