Great series of workshops - the days were fun, inspiring and high energy, and I learnt so much. We were never sat for too long before we were engaging in activities or role plays - lots of opportunities to put into practice the models shared. The discussions were expertly facilitated, linking everything back to what it means for us and our business. One of the factors that makes The West Peak truly different is their fascinating career backgrounds and how they weaved their experiences into the programme. Would recommend every time.

As an important start point The West Peak bring engaging presenters who show enthusiasm in presenting but also evident understanding to hone in on specific needs and dynamics of our business.

Each session brought a great mix of presenting, interactive dialogue and break out sessions enabling positive engagement and interaction.

It's great that The West Peak team are also not afraid to challenge participants so that learnings from the training and how to implement into the business can really be taken forward.

Having a specific notebook with key training content including useful models and space to write notes is a nice takeaway.
