Really well ran. Very enjoyable and insightful.

Simon's session for the Association of Apprentices event was amazing. Apprentices do not often get the opportunity to hear from inspiring speakers outside of their workplace, and of the 300 or so we had at our event, so many of them wrote to us afterwards and posted about the impact he had. One apprentice in particular told me she now felt that anything is possible for her … what an incredible impact to have. Simon, you have raised the bar for our next sessions – honestly, you were brilliant!

Ben was very engaging throughout our sessions with him, provided some interesting insight into collaborative working and advised on some useful tools to take forward both in the workplace and in your personal life. The keynote from Simon was interesting and thought-provoking, and the decision making activity was entertaining and engaging.

Overall it was a fun and insightful experience that I would recommend.

Simon was a brilliant facilitator! He was authentic and high energy which built trust immediately with our early talent population, and meant they were engaged throughout the two sessions (no mean feat with Gen Z). Simons workshop left our interns with relatable, actionable tips that will elevate not only their internship but career moving forward. Huge thank you for such a fabulous session, would recommend to anyone.

Ben made the two day experience very interesting. I felt at ease and comfortable, I enjoyed the way in which things were presented. A lot of the onus was put on myself and my colleagues which was good because it made us work together and really think about team work and how we manage situations. I would recommend West Peak to any organisation who wants to promote leadership.

Ben and Matt were exceptionally helpful in provoking thought and enabling conversations that we may not have otherwise had.

West Peak gave our team an opportunity to get to know one another, as well as our working relationship to a far greater extent.

The training was great. It was lovely to get out of the office, away from distractions and have some key structure to our personal development. Lots of inward thinking.

All the session leaders were great- experienced, knowledgeable, open, flexible in their approach.

We used Simon from The West Peak to help train our new franchise owners. He understood the brief completely and delivered a session which the team enjoyed and were engaged with all the way throughout the process. I would highly recommend Simon.

Fantastic content and presentations, delivered in a fun and engaging way. Going in, I wasn't sure how much I would get out of the course as I have attended many leadership programmes over my career so far, I was however pleasantly surprised, and have had lots of useful takeaways that have already had an impact on my business and personal life.

I met West Peak some 18 months ago with the goal of working on a development program of my Leadership team. The initial engagement through to a full development program has transformed my leadership team (and myself) into a better aligned, supportive, transparent and effective team which I am proud to be apart of.
Our team building activity in mid Wales really helped us better understand ourselves and our potential (including the freezing river swim). Together with the 1on1 coaching and training sessions I have seen my team become more connected and supportive of each other. We are One team now and I believe this is seen by the rest of the company.
The tools that West Peak deliver are absolutely spot on for our business. Their support and consistency has been amazing, so much so that I am extending their work into the next level Manager and beyond.

We’ve known Ben Stocken at West Peak for a long time having worked with him during his stint as a billing consultant. We reconnected with Ben at West Peak in 2020 when we needed some help to sharpen up and dust off the cobwebs post covid.

What started as one to one coaching sessions for the senior leadership team at Strand Hill quickly evolved into a value add, individually curated l&d programme for the entire team.

Training was personable and excellent and I would highly reccomend. 4 days of training with them has given me a fresh look at a new tools etc to look over how I operate as a leader and I look forward to trying them out.
