Low ball offer
Low ball offer, I wouldn't use them again. My phone worked fine and had a minor crack on the back. Front screen had no cracks and they reduced their offer by $100.

First time user of this service
I used this company for the first time and the experience was fast, easy, and very well explained. The company sent me emails letting me know once the order request had been submitted and also the steps to mail the phone. Once they got my phone, they also notified me via email letting me know they got it, and then the final steps to receive the check payment in the mail. This was the option I selected, and I received the check in a few days. Overall, very satisfied with this company and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you Team for making this a very good experience!

Bait and Switch
They absolutley bait and switch. Offer higher than rest and then lower offer. I selected good as my phone was in good condition and then next option is cracked glass which it wasnt so i selected good. They came back and said excessive wear due to heavy screen scratches which were in fact very normal wear and tear for a phone that was used for 3 years. I did willingly accept the offer still because i didnt want to wait and honestly typically i would have traded in phone to get new promo offer but this time i got to keep it so at least i got something for it. Im more than willing to share the image they sent to justify lowering the offer if anyone wants to see what they consider excessive wear. Just email me at j.simmons87 @ yahoo. Im sure they will respond to this like they do but just go through the 1 stars review. I used gazelle like 11 years ago 2 seperate times and was paid exactly what they offered. Kinda dissapointed im myself i didnt go with them again. I dont know if anyone else has had issues with gazelle but i know i didnt. I would never consider doing business with this company again. Your phone was not in anything close to good condition. How many years old the phone is does not come into play. "For it being 3 years old." The standards do not change. The corners look like the device was dropped on concrete many times. The LCD is damaged. The charge port is not functional, which is why the carrier let you keep the phone.
You mentioned just going through the 1-star reviews. Why not view all of the reviews? Is that because 4+ out of 5 reviews will be a 5-star review? Being disingenuous with what you send in is where 1-star reviews come in. We make an offer, we pay for the shipping to us, then we test and evaluate the order, typically the same day it arrives (faster than anyone else). If we change the offer, you have the option to have it returned at our expense.
On the business side of this, these types of reviews seem as unfair as your claim of "bait and switch." We received a terrible condition device, which is not even functional and then received a 1-star review. How fair is that?
We've gotten to name calling now. You can send pictures of anything you like. What you sent is in terrible condition and we even sent you pictures of all the dents into the frame.

The process was very easy and the process took under a week to complete. I sent two phones in and got paid for both phones in a timely manner.
