I didn't have a good experience with this company. They were very dishonest.

I got less than expected. I thought the way the condition categories were written that I selected the right one but I guess not.

Excellent offer for a Nokia smart phone, when most companies did not even offer buy-back for Nokia. Process was quick and easy and I appreciated that they covered the shipping as part of their offer. I would do business with them again in the future.

Their customer service is great. Very responsive to questions. They are fair and honest.

The company quoted me $200 for my phone and paid me $200 fast. The gift cards were emailed immediately. Great to do business with.

I have to just say that I’m incredibly impressed and now I know why the name of the company is the whiz. They received my order and within three hours of receiving my order they had a graded approved and then they sent me the payment link which was instantly transferred to my bank account. I’m incredibly happy it was the easiest one I’ve had yet.

I made the mistake of sending my phone here. My phone was in great condition and was quoted 148 before and after they had it $59. I should of sold it on order up. I do not recommend this place. After looking at reviews they have pulled this on a lot of people.

2nd time using them, and was extremely satisfied both times

I had the same problem as other reviewers state below. They quote you a good price, and then reduce the price of the phone significantly, by flat out lying, after they receive your phone. Never again.

I was hesitant at first. However, the process was painless and quick. The amount quoted was the amount delivered.
