Great experience. Completed the transaction as explained from the beginning.

Do not recommend. I sent a near immaculate phone in and stated condition as good as there was a tiny scratch on the side of the case the phone. The company have come back with a hugely reduced offer stating ‘heavy screen scratching and new screen required’ which is utter rubbish - the screen was unmarked. I’ve read too many horror stories on here of people rejecting offer and getting a smashed up phone back so I’ve reluctantly accepted the reduced offer as I suspect many people and up doing. Devious and dishonest company - avoid!

Quick, easy, not much else to say! And customer support was super quick to respond and easy to contact (no need to go on their website, just reply to their emails).

Aside from the USPS taking FOREVER to complete delivery anymore, the process was quick and as advertised. USPS controls that, so I’m not mad at Whiz Cells. Perhaps using Fed Ex or UPS would be better. I’d be willing to pay a bit extra for it, as I trust them much more thsn the postal service these days. Would recommend and will use them again in the near future.

I shopped several companies to sell my phone. The Whiz Cells offered me the best price. I shipped my phone to them and promptly received my payment via PayPal as soon as they verified my phone. I am very pleased with the transaction and recommend them to anyone based on my dealings with them. Only problem was time it took to get my shipping package in order to ship my phone to them. That could also been just a delay in the postal service delivering.

The transaction went exactly as it should. The agreed price was paid quickly and with no issues at all. Easy and smooth transaction.

Sent an iPad with a cracked screen and was paid the amount that I was expecting. My original payment method was not accepting payments which is my fault, because I didn’t set it up correctly. I received an email about the payment issue and they offered to change the payment method. I chose an electronic visa gift card, which was sent immediately. Overall great transaction. Fast payment. Excellent and timely communication.

Outstanding. Printed the PREPAID shipping label and in a week I had my check. The Whiz Cells paid me 30% more than other sites that I checked. Wished I had more items to sell!

Used the bot to ask a question about my iPad and it encouraged me to send the device in and get paid. I was paid the same business day as package received.

Overall ,selling my iPad to “The Whiz Cells” was a good experience. I was honest about the condition of the item I was selling them and was paid the amount they offered. Got my money the same day they received my iPad. Happy customer!!!

Realistic expectations are key to selling anything. I was offered a fair price, higher than the completion, and I accepted. The day they received my phone, I had my payment in my checking account. Great transaction. I highly recommend the The Whiz Cells.

I'm going to be honest I've checked other companies that buy phones and nothing comes close to the whiz cells Go ahead Go try other companies but I'm telling you you're going to come back to these guys because they are very honest if there's a problem with the phone and the prices that they give are actually and I mean more than I expected I always turn to these guys and shipping is so easy if you don't have a box or a label they send you out something that you can send back it is so easy I'm going to keep doing business with these guys they are the best

Let say this sold them 4 devices ranging from iPhone 12 pro max to pixel 7 pro to pixel 6 to one plus 9 pro. I received the quoted price on all them. Simple cause I take excellent care of all my devices everyone them are of premium quality. Can't speak for the rest of y'all. Have zero problems with them. Just wish they accepted Motorola devices. Other than that no problems

Everything went smoothly as expected. I submitted a iPhone in excellent condition (rare but was always in a case with screen protector). They accepted and mailed me a check the day the phone was received for the amount agreed.

I recently placed an order to sell my Galaxy Fold 5 after receiving a quote that deemed the phone to be in good condition. However, after sending it in, I received an email from their representative claiming that my phone had a dead pixel and light scuffs on the body. I suspected they were trying to lowball me, as they offered less than half of the original quoted price. I politely refused and requested the phone be returned.

When I received the phone back about three days later, the screen was completely damaged. I contacted the representative, who absurdly claimed that the damage was due to the supposed dead pixel. I have never heard such a ridiculous excuse to cheat someone. The representative also suggested I file a claim for the $100 shipping insurance, implying the phone might have been damaged during transit.

I am not one to quickly bash a company, but I strongly advise against ever using this company. I share my experience to prevent others from falling victim to this fraudulent business.

Process was very easy which is a solid plus. However like many I felt my phone was in "good" condition but upon receipt was downgraded to "other"... losing half the original offer price.
Convenience led me to accept but I should have shopped around to receive a few more bucks.
