I was looking into getting a new front door and came across Window Hub. From when Mike the surveyor came into me home I felt comfortable. He wasn't pushing for the sale, but present to me about the company. He came across very proud and genuine of the company.
Then with there well organise customers service team we confirmed a date when Gary came to install my new door. Gary was a clean worker who was very genuine person, who was even interacting with my very reserved son. It felt more like a friend coming over to do the job rather than a contractor.
The end result was a very satisfied customer, who highly recommends Window hub. Delivery a great product, with great service right through the hole transaction. Thankyou so much!

Having doors recently fitted by the window hub we were happy for the company to install windows throughout our home. The fitters, Kev and Kyle were brilliant, providing a friendly and professional service. The end product was excellent and would be happy to recommend friends and family.

All the staff I spoke to regarding my requirements were friendly and helpful.

The installation itself went very smoothly and the installer took all the rubbish, including the old fittings, away and left the area very tidy.

I am very happy with the products supplied and fitted by The Window Hub and would recommend them highly.

Man came round to quote for three windows and a front door. No brochures, no info or quote. he said I would receive a quote by email. Nothing! An hour of my life I won't get back!

Guy came to measure up 2 windows. I looked through brochures as he worked out a price. I was a little cross that he called boss and I spoke to him on loud speaker. Pushing me to buy now. I wasn’t daft and at this point I was sure the tatic works for most. But not me. I’m savvy and could see right through the ploy. disappointing

Overall pleased with the service. Very happy with our patio doors. The two guys who fitted them worked quickly and efficiently. There was an issue with some faults in the glass and they did not hesitate to replace them.
A friendly company to deal with but scored 4 instead of 5 due to their outdated sales techniques which as an earlier reviewer mentioned is annoying and old fashioned.
But would definitely use them again as their product and fitting was good.

Window Hub came recommended by our son, We had a new back door fitted July 2025.The door looks lovely and really good quality. Darren who fitted the door,made a lovely job and nothing was to much trouble and cleaned up afterwards, Would definitely recommend window hub for any further work.

Previously had 2 doors fitted by them...great! Now had all 4 windows replaced and very happy with high specification and quality. Installer Darren... fitted all on his own and shame no more to be done here... he is a perfectionist and clearly experienced. Thanks again everyone at WindowHub.

A month ago we had 7 windows, 2 doors, soffits, fascias and guttering replaced. From first contact (Erin), sales (Nathaniel), office staff (Graham and Lottie), the installers (Dave and Gary) to after sales call I can honestly fault nothing. All were friendly, polite and helpful . The installers were quick, friendly and tidy, and finished within two days !!
I have no hesitation in highly recommending ( have actually had people asking for details) The window hub , if your thinking about it give them a call you won't be disappointed.

Very disappointing, the sales tactics are outdated and very unprofessional. The Window Hub will reduce their initial inflated quote in minutes and the salesman uses the old soldier and rings his manager during his visit to confirm the price which actually went up?? Makes THREE prices now.
Despite an email request The Window Hub will not confirm anything in writing, WHY??

Had the slim french doors done with window hub. Super job. I was at work but I came home to a tidy job and it was done in no time at all apparently. Can't really ask for more, can you?

Just had all windows, facias and soffits along with guttering to both front and back of house installed. Installer was a lovely guy who worked really hard (only man on the job), we had a manager arrive on day 2 who said he would call again at the end of the week who oddly enough never returned. No communication from the company even after two weeks since instalment began and fitter only on site for six of the fourteen days. Was informed yesterday by fitter that scaffolding will not be removed until full payment has been made, as far as I am concerned the job is not completed until the scaffolding has gone as I am unable to see all areas and confirm that I am happy. Was told at time of placing the order that after sales team would be calling at the house to sign off on all work but that clearly has not happened. I cannot stress enough that the fitter was great at his job but the company experience on the whole has been very disappointing and would not use them again or recommend them. Very disheartening when you are spending large amounts of money that nobody is interested in how the work is going. Very concerned that if we have any issues after this instalment that the after sales is going to be pretty non existent.

Cannot fault them at all. Kept us informed throughout the whole process from ordering to installation.
Installation team were a total credit to the company, super professional, friendly and treated our house like their own and left it clean and tidy. Did a fantastic job! Cannot believe how quick and efficient the team were with the installation.
So pleased with our new doors and windows, can’t stop staring at them!
Massive thanks to everyone at window hub, it’s a scary process replacing your windows and doors but they made it a smooth ride and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
