We had a 3rd window installed. Dan came early in the afternoon and fitted it on his own. He didn't make any mess and left the room as tidy as when he arrived.

We had the amazing Mike & Tony fitting 5 large windows and a front door. They were friendly, prompt, very hard working and amazingly fast!! They took great care of our property and cleaned up as they went. They were both friendly and chatty. They did a great job and are a credit to the company.

The first face-to-face contact from the company wasn't the most cheerful or friendly of salesmen and he was a little dour. Which made the first, all important impression just a little under-whelming.

Kev and Kyle turned up on time and wasted no time in starting the installation of a new set of patio doors. To be honest Kev and Kyle were faced with a very awkward job due to the exterior insulation on our house but didn’t bat an eyelid!! They approached the job very professionally and worked very well together resulting in a fantastic end result. Kev and Kyle are a couple of good guys who are friendly, helpful and extremely good at their job! The finished job was fantastic all installation debris cleared away, carpets vacuumed and windows and frames cleaned to perfection. We would thoroughly recommend The Window Hub to friends and family based on our experience.

Kieran & Steve installed 2 windows at my property today and I have to say they were both very experienced, polite, informative, tidy and brilliant workers.
They were very efficient and the windows were installed in no time.
I would not only recommend The Window Hub but I would only use this company in the future.

In fitting my replacement door, Gary was very thorough and tidy. Without being in any way detracting from the job in hand, Gary was happy to converse with me on our mutual social interests. Before leaving, he also took time to ensure the installation was satisfactory and that I was familiar with the mechanism.
The wall-mounted letter box failed to arrive with the door. Gary chased that up, and it was fitted at 9.00am next day.

We had the whole house fitted with windows and doors over two days. Kevin, Tony and Mike were excellent workers and kept me informed of what was happening and the timescale involved. An error in sizing of a window was noticed and a new window reordered before even notifying me. They were hard working and friendly and we are very pleased with the result. Thank you 😊

Mike and Tony previously fitted a new front door at my house and I was so pleased with the finished product and their expertise throughout the process that I requested them again when it came to having a window replaced. They completed that job today and again I am very happy with the new window installation. They were very tidy and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. My experience is that the Window Hub are a very professional outfit, quick to respond to customer queries and Mike and Tony are good ambassadors for the company.

We had Kev and Kyle in to do our windows today. What an amazing hard working couple of blokes. So professional at what they do well done lads. Window hub also as a company are very good in keeping you up to date with your order aswell. We will be ordering our new doors from them in the future. Highly recommend these guys

We were given excellent service by your fitters Mike and Tony who worked hard in the unseasonal heat to fit our rear kitchen doors. They were friendly, polite and cheerful and cleaned up thoroughly after they finished, both inside and out. The company were vdery helpful at all stages, and constantly kept in touch.And we were pleased with the product.

All staff from the first knock on the door to the final insulation were great, we are very impressed and happy with the quality and service from beginning to end, Great company and great communication throughout .

I have just had a visit from a salesman from this company which has reminded me to write a review of my recent experience with them 6 weeks ago.
I had read really good reviews of them locally and because of this I asked them to visit to give me a quote. After telling me what the maximum price would be after 2 planned prices increases later in the year, the salesman then gave me a current price which was not very competitive. However, part of this was apparently due to the fact (I was told) that all the first floor windows would have to be toughened glass (25% more expensive) and that scaffolding would be required. Subsequent research with other companies (and confirmation from their own sales person today) confirmed that neither of these was correct. I was therefore quoted an inflated and completely uncompetitive price, based on incorrect information.
I was not impressed and have subsequently placed an order for the work with another local company.

Brilliant the doors were great the reps talked about the colour the design which suited me when they are going to install. When they arrived for the installation they explained what they were going to do they cleaned up afterwards I would recommend them to anyone in fact my nextdoor neighbour had them install windows in their house great

Just had 7 windows replaced by Dan and Dave ,who arrived on time and made an excellent job,also left our home clean and tidy.

Gary arrived punctually. Had 3 hrs chat n banter with him whilst he carried out his work very efficiently.
Two replacement windows not in the style i required, no problem, they will be replaced.
End product looking very trim n tidy 👍

Delighted with our new windows and doors from the Window Hub. Excellent quality and a really good investment. Gary was a pleasure to have working in our home - a very cheerful and friendly chap who was happy to arrange his work around our routine and the rooms we would be using during the day. He was very tidy and cleared away all the mess at the end of the day. Would definitely recommend.

The service from these guys is really good. They did our whole house just over a year ago. We had an issue today with a sticky handle, they were there within an hour of us contacting them. 20 minutes later, all done. I would absolutely recommend them.

Whole house just been replaced by Dan & Dave, 6 windows & 2 doors with side panels, a big job as largest window 3 mtrs+ wide, overall not bad, trim by back door needs redoing, 2 window handles need replacing and front door needs correct panel fitting, not there fault, hopefully will be rectified soon, will update.
