Great catalogue, support and kind people
Great shop catalogue and very nice and kind people, I had a very good experience about two Luban hand planes' purchased. I had some throubles about a defect on the shoulder plane and a dimensional tolerance in the low angle jack plane, Omar was very kind to prompt reply at all my questions.

The package was deliverd fast
The package was deliverd fast. Nice to have the hand writted note. Maybe happened only to me, but I do not receive the "Shipped" notification. I asked and you replied really fast, but if you can automate the notification, it would be better.

Amazing short delivery time.
The fast delivery. Ordered on Dec 12, delivered on Dec 16. From Utrect, NL to my home in Southern California.
Compare that to Amazon. Ordered a book for my son on Dec 2. Expected delivery date Dec 27.
The blades were purchased as spares for my new Luban 20* block plane so have not yet been used but they appear to be identical to the blade that came with my new Luban.
