Superb quality blanket delivered promptly

I used PayPal and wasn't entirely sure things were ok with my order as the payee referred to the Farm rather than the Wool Company - but I needn't have worried, my order arrived swiftly and well-packed and was everything promised by the accurate website description.

Would I use them again? You bet!

I would definitely recommend the Wool Company for its products and services. We bought a wool duvet and John Atkinson blanket and are very happy with both of them. The website is very easy to use and has lots of useful information including the Sleep Study. We had previously bought goose down duvets but found that we regularly overheated at night. The wool duvet has made a big difference. It seems to keep the body temperature at a more comfortable level and the result is a much better night's sleep.

Being a lady of a certain age - I spend much of the night very warm - having read that wool duvets can cool you down - I thought I'd give one a try. The ordering process was simple and efficient, delivery very prompt and the duvet looked very good quality(and it's British made) - but having spent a week using the duvet - the best part of the whole process was being able to sleep under what felt like a soft fluffy cloud, the duvet is light, comfortable and does feel cooler than the conventional 3tog duvet I was using previously, I'm one happy purchaser who is now looking at other wool filled bedding. Excellent service from the wool company again, I can wholeheartedly recommend the his and hers duvet and the wool pillows and hope that our new baby sleeps as well as we do on it's merino mattress cover. If I had to make one suggestion it would be that the duvet was labelled as to which side was which, pink ribbon for her, blue for him perhaps but this is a minor thing.
Delivery service and communication are excellent.

My old pillows where only 3 months old and they where so flat and uncomfortable a friend to me about wool pillows so I look on the internet bid ny homework abducted found The Wool Company to be very go value. I slept with my new pillow last night and wow! Never slept so good in ages

Very satisfied with delivery time,price and product quality.After a few nights use we are experiencing a more comfortable sleep.Too early to comment on any change in our sleeping patterns.

I ordered two lambswool cushion covers to help me decide on which colour throw to get. When the throw came it looked different in colour and texture, so I contacted the help line and they could not have been more helpful. They went through all their stock to find me a matching throw and cushion cover.
They also refunded me my return postage .
They were friendly and helpful and I am delighted with my purchases. i have recommended them to friends and family.

I ordered a fine knit pashmina in peacock,when it arrived the colour was georgeous but not quite right for the garments I wanted to wear it with.I exchanged it for the colour paprika. This arrived very promptly but unfortunately was faulty.I called customer services who were very apologetic and posted a replacement straight away,and asked me to return the faulty one. I was delighted when the new pashmina arrived two days later.
The quality of the pashminas is superb and I will definately be ordering more.

I am sooo impressed with this company. The quality of the baby sheepskin I ordered is fabulous - so deep and soft and luxurious. The parcel was well wrapped and boxed and the best part of all is that they constantly keep you updated by email re the progress of your order. Not only do they tell you which date you will receive your goods, they email on the day with the time , within the hour, of the delivery. Truly excellent. Have just placed my second order with them. A pleasure to do business with this company.
