Great customer support
Think Renewable were making themselves known by going door to door in my area. Ben was understanding when I said I had to go to a meeting but wanted to know more another day and asked for quotes on varying sized systems. He kept in contact and arranged for a meeting where he could walk me through the quotes and explain them along with the history of the company. Think Renewable's business goal is customer support and its been nice to see so far in the process that has been a focus. He explained the signing up process clearly and walked through it over the phone with me. The office staff called regularly to keep me informed of installation progress and ahead of the panel installation I had the inverter installed. The inverter technician was professional and good to deal with working quickly and able to answer my questions regarding the system and planned expansion. I had a similar experience with the panel installers shortly after which I was happy with.

Think Renewable 5 Star.
From Ollie the sales rep, Tom the electrician and his team and Sarah from admin, our experience with Think Renewable was 5 star all the way. All consumables are well made and installation was done with no fuss and to an excellent fit out. The team even replaced a few roof tiles for us that had stress cracks and where not near the panels installed.We have no hesitation recommending Think Renewable. Dale & Donna Moxey.

Based on my experience with Think…
Based on my experience with Think Renewable, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is interested in getting solar panels. The office staff are friendly and helpful. Alex, my Think sales rep, is a font of information, professional, personable and goes the extra mile to ensure that you are fully informed. The electrician and his crew installed the system in a day and were polite and professional and (drum roll here) cleaned up after themselves.

Excellent service & product
From start to finish, Alex was completely transparent. Explained exactly what product I was signing up for and answered all questions i had without the sales pitch…and still is answering any questions I have regarding long term plans with solar.
Installation was perfect, quick, smooth and clean. The customer service post installation has also been very good.. thanks Alex and team.

We had a great experience with our solar installation from start to finish and then some! Alex was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the initial consultation. He then came out after the installation to make sure everything went well. The staff from Think Renewable have been very approachable and have answered all of our questions. Great experience!
We normally turn door knockers away but we are so glad we didn’t this time. We were instantly impressed by think renewables service explaining the no obligation quote. From the get go it was friendly, non-pushy service. Patrick was great and booked us in with our amazing solar specialist Alex. The presentation could not be faulted, Alex is extremely great and passionate about his work and providing customers with above and beyond service. He took the time to explain every little detail and was able to show us what our energy bill will look like with solar. It was a no brainer going forward with think renewable. The communication moving forward to installation was perfect. The installers were also awesome, hassle free installation the boys just did their thing zero worries. Thank you Alex and the whole think renewable team! We will be recommending you to everyone we know!!!
