1) Although was heartbroken that a note was not left to inform where the package was placed, the items were to my satisfaction and value for cost!! And I would recommend "Thirtyone:eight" 100%
1) I was heartbroken that a note was not sent or posted in my letterbox informing me that my parcel was left in a bin in my front garden. The items needed were urgently needed at the time of the order!
2) I did not receive a phone call or an email to notify me of the delivery! To my surprise, while putting out the rubbish, I discovered the parcel hidden between dustbins!!

Not your fault
Unfortunately the resources I ordered did not arrive in time. The Royal Mail 48 hour delivery did not work. Maybe consider using a different carrier?

Items good but presentation disappointing
I was a little disappointed with the youth pack as it had clearly been previously opened and all of the cards were mixed up and the cardboard case a little ripped.

Excellent and prompt delivery
Excellent and prompt delivery. Very grateful as I was late ordering part of my delivery. I was given a 5 minute slot to talk about safe guarding. Awkward, with news about Archbishop's resignation. But focused on our own parish and what we are doing well. Thanked congregation in their role to ensuring everyone is safe. Identified people they could confide in if necessary. Ended with the pray.
